Aamod Resort - The Boutique Club — Aamod Resort -denying for booking and refund.

I bought the mebership of boutique club in 27th may 2019. I have travelled once in 2019 only. Due to covid I cound not use it after that. Now I am approaching for booking but no way to cntact them as email is also pending from days, I suspect that all the properties at the time of membership were fraud. There are no customer care no now, all their contact no's are not working and even website is down.

I am having conversation with one of the employee of boutique club who was in touch from start, he is giving diffrent different reasons everytime we call and is dyning with reason that only three properties are open and those are pack, In short they do not have any properties. Even asking for diffrent payments to be done as AMC and other. When I ask for refund they are refusing to do so.

My hard earned money is in dump. Please help me to get my refund or suggest if I can sue it in consumer court.
