Aamod Resort - The Boutique Club — not replying to my emails and my calls

Hi, i have taken aamod - the boutique club membership 1.5 years ago. And i travelled only once till now. But now i am planning to book aamod property and these people are not replying. I have emailed them on 24th july about the dates availability in dalhousie resort for which i am planning to go on 30th aug. But its been around more than 15 days they not replying to my emails and when i call them on these two numbers [protected] &[protected], its the same lady who pick the call and everytime she said you will revert back on email.. We cannot get bookings on the call...

I dont know what to do now.. They saying they cannot take booking on call but they are not replying on emails even.. I have sent 5-6 times follow up emails as well
