Aamod Resort - The Boutique Club — Payment not received after withdrawal since 2020

I withdrawn my membership with in a week and got confirmation on mail as well. But... after doing regular followups on mail and calls they have not returned the amount. And mow they are not answering on calls and mail.

This si inn revert to you mail, we regret the delay in decision, further please be informed that we accept your cancellation request and as per company's policy after deductions of 28% membership cost your refund will be initiated after 90 working days, please be clear that cancellation date will be considered from the date of receiving your first cancellation request.
