To whom so ever it may concern Dear sir, This is to bring to your notice that i purchased a samsung galaxy note edge on[protected] from m/s krishna tradelinks vide invoice nos 389 and got it insured from apps daily now it has got damaged so as per procedure i loged a complaint on aaps daily site same day i received there mail wide intimation nos : (Ad_d_030616_[protected] and i was advised to go to there with relevant documents (Copy of bill, id proof, cross cheque, damage claim form 1c, 2c, 3c) which i did at ghaziabad at address sent to me on mail. On monday when i contacted them (Mr manoj on phone nos [protected]) they said there internet was not working so i should come on tuesday but when i went there. I was asked to sign on a blank paper, which obviously i refused. This was not appreciated by the gentleman at the counter and he refused to get the instrument repaired under insurance cover and also said that he will see to it that my work is not done anywhere. Then i again i went to m/s krishna trade links to resolve my problem so they made me talk to one mr abhishek on mobile nos [protected] and i was told he is area sales manager for my area he said he would resolve my problem but when i again tried to contact him he did not take my call. So now i am compelled to lodge a complaint with apps daily and samsung. This attitude is not at all acceptable. Kindly take immediate action on my complaint else i shall be forced to take the complaint further to the consumer court.
