Aarvi Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd — claim amount not paid

I have taken my samsung mobile insuarance from aarvi insurance brokers pvt. Ltd and policy is taken form new india insuarance ltd when my phone got damged then i have claimed repair under insurance policy.

I have raised claim on[protected] and my claim approved on[protected] and they asked payment documents on[protected] and my documents approved on 14-07-18 and they give me 10-15 working day for payment but till today no any payment received i have contacted many time to company and asked about claim but they are unable to give reason why my payment is not cleared.
