I have insured my samsung galaxy j5 prime with quick heal (Aarvi insurance brokers pvt. Ltd.) claim number is [protected]. My registered mobile no. Is [protected] but every time i call them by this no. Their system replies back that i am calling from unregistered no. Apart from this, i had paid the balance amount of rs. 300 on 3rd july 2017 and emailed the proof right away but still, the company customer executives kept on calling me, ironically on the same aforementioned number, til 17th-18th of july asking for the excess amount of rs. 300 and despite getting the proof 5 times. I was informed in my last conversation with them that i will receive the device on the current address in 3-4 days. It has been 10 days since that and i haven't received my device. My name is tarun goyal i have take claim for my phone from aarvi insurance today 1 year completed but still i have not receive my payment thay said payment stuck from insurance company side and that Insurance company name is new india assurance.so please help me regarding this.and i have completed all documents in aarvi insurance company
