7 months back I bought Hero ISmart bick from srilanka abans paliyagoda showroom. Actually I want to say customer service and bick service is very bad from the company. Sometimes they found in the test run that oil is not changed by the engineer who is doing the service. and when I look into the oil it's all white. and bick also very less of petrol consumption. I have complain to them and each time I heard is they fixed that. But it didn't fix at all. and one of my friend bought one by my recommondation. I'm sorry to say that bick stop starting after 2 weeks of the purchase. Now he is complaining to me.. I'm really sorry to say i won't recommend any hero bick here after in my country if they continue to do the same. I'm really frustrated of Hero bicks. Was this information helpful? |
