Installation of AC Abans 2400 BTU- Missed behaviour of installation team

I paid for Abans AC BTU2400 to Gampaha showroom (139990/RS) on 6h April and they promised me to install the unit before the Sinhala New year (before 13th April). After several calls to the branch manager (every time said will arrange today) ultimately two guys came by motorbike today (13th April around 3.30Pm) and open the box and said no brackets to fix the unit.They didn't bring any tools even no screwdriver with them. They kept open all over the floor and left will bring the brackets. They never come back until 7.00PM even no response to their phone, then reported to Showroom manger. He didn't answer the phone and I got a text message with a mob no to contact Zonal manager Shiramtha. He didn't answer . Ultimtely no zonal manager, showroom manger or installer did not response my calls. I know that definitely no job done today. So texted both managers to not to send the same team again. I[censored]nable to send different team I will do with my own staff. These things spoil the name of Abans. As a customer I am so upset of behaviour of the installation team. Sorry to make such comment. Please arrange to make the installation even after the holidays with proper installation team. delivery of washing machine and fridge
I made a payment 2 weeks back at abans kolpity branch, sales person (Josoph pradeep)
He promised to deliver the stuffs within 2 weeks and i kept calling him asking the update or when the delivery is. But all he responds is that the delivery guys phone is switched off or they are not answering the calls
What kind of a service is this?? After making full payments and they don't no when they can deliver
Absured service... I am not gonna purchase a single good from. Abans anymore.. Disgusting service

LG AC installation

I have paid LKR 112, 000.00 to Abans show room for a LG AC on 28th April 2017. They promised to fix it on Saturday 6th of May 2017. But no one came from Abance and I called one of the DGMs namely Ms Jennifer and she promised to send a team on Monday (today). But no body came and now I have decided to hand over the AC unit to the show room tommorrow. I also have decided to make a complaint to the nearest police station and to case a file against the company.

Refrigerator repair

We brought our LG refrigerator to Abans headquarters in Colombo in order to replace the compressor. We handed over the fridge on March 11 and the collected it today the 22nd. We have to pay Rs.17, 000 and got one month guarantee. If I should have handed over the refrigerator to a private crafts man i should have received at least one year guarantee. This company dominates the market and takes advantage of their position!

7 months back I bought Hero ISmart bick from srilanka abans paliyagoda showroom. Actually I want to say customer service and bick service is very bad from the company. Sometimes they found in the test run that oil is not changed by the engineer who is doing the service. and when I look into the oil it's all white. and bick also very less of petrol consumption. I have complain to them and each time I heard is they fixed that. But it didn't fix at all. and one of my friend bought one by my recommondation. I'm sorry to say that bick stop starting after 2 weeks of the purchase. Now he is complaining to me.. I'm really sorry to say i won't recommend any hero bick here after in my country if they continue to do the same. I'm really frustrated of Hero bicks.

I bought a lg x240k8 mobile phone from nattandiya abans branch. They promised us to give an another mobile phone as a gift. But, they didn't handover it to us. I went there several days and asked about the gift. But, they told us, they had nothing to do with it and keep me waiting.
