I am from mumbai & have been using your optium xceed glucometer, but the strips for the same are very difficult to get as many say the strips have been stopped & the last strip box purchased was 100strips minimum with very less expiry date so not able to use it completely. 25 strips still available from the last purchase but can't be used as expired.
Also the reading of the meter is not same as the lab & have observed difference of 200 units. So not sure about the meters consistency.

In this lockdown as lab are closed & with strips unavailable & improper reading i am not able to track the diabetics of my sr. Citizen parents who are on insulin & intake which need to be adjusted on the measurements.

We have purchased similac 500 gm milk powder can, and opened it just 2 weeks back, while we kept it in cool place, but today the product got torned up and fungas have been attracted by it, now the complete powder can is waste, moreover the chemist dont want to replace it

This is worst ever experince and due this issue i will never go with similac product and will try some other brand, i hope you understand the matter and help me regarding this issue

We bought 2 strips of Limcee+ orange flavour tablets with batch number VBE0144 manufacturing date 05/2019 & best before 18 months. We found that they are spoilt & has some weird taste. We know this as we've been regularly taking these tablets & these are chewable. Wanted to bring it to the notice of the company & make people aware of such hazards.

We have a blood sugar machine which is not working properly. The problem is that when we are inserting the stick it is not asking the blood sample and rather it is showing ‘e-6’. I am using optium xceed meter (Serial number xce[protected] for the last 9 years. I am told in market that you have stopped marketing optium freesyle strips to suit to this machine.

I was contacted your customer service representative 15 days back and told me to exhaust all the sugar strips i am presently having and told me to contact
Once they are exhausted.

Reresentative promised me to take action after i contact.

Today 3 times i tried to contact customer reperesentative on phone and could not talk since they were busy and not came on phone.
Hence i am sending this mail.

Pl replace my old optium xceed meter with the new one as discussed last week.

Bought above insulin from Nayan medical-khetwadi area, mumbai. After finishing the old Insulin, when new vial was opened, floating particles could be noticed. Immediately the chemist was informed. But he neither bothered to exchange the defective vial, nor could verify that the milky content was OK or Not, directing me-to run after your company, place complaint and bear agony of being foolish to buy a health medicine from a reputed company like Abbott.
Please call and immediately replace the defective insulin vial

I am cardiac patient having undergone aortic valve replacement in 2016 with tissue valve. I am 70 year old. I have been using calaptin 120 sr twice a day to control psvt for over 30 years now. It has served me well all these years but of late i feel breathlessness and feel like resting, my exercises tolerance is still good despite the feeling. My hear rate is around 62 while awake and 55 while resting. I wish to know at what rate the sr tablet released drug into the body. Can i switch over 80 mg thrice a day, which option is better. Physician has suggeste sr only

Dear Sir, I am told by Freestyle optium H strip dealers that you have phased out Abbott Xceed machine and new machine has been developed and Neo strip would be used against them.Optium H strips would not be supplied in future.
I am using Abbott Xceed machine Serial number XCE109-2031 for the last 9 years.Dearlers told me that you would replace the machine with a new one.

Abbott india fmcg is making vitamin c tablets namely limcee and price was rs 14 for 15 tablets. Few days back they added plus in name increased price to around 50 rs for 15 tablets. I do not know whether any permission required for increase in price by just adding plus in the products. Fmcg company is charging by making small changes and increase the pricee whatever they like. Ministery of health must watch fmcg s activities for price and punish them. Wrote to customer care no reply.

I had purchased 50 shares of company on 17Oct1987.There was a bonus issue in 1998. My holding should reflect 100 shares.But my holding is only showing 50 shares.
I would like to add that I am still holding in PHYSICAL form my original shares of 50 .Certificate no 17581.
I have written more than 14 letters to company to correct my holding.But no action has been taken either by company or their agent KARVY Investor services

Unfortunately, after unrapping i found the neck of the cream is cracked from joint so the spillage of cream happen. Also due to air the color of the cream also faded.

I would like to inform you the following for your kind perusal and immediate action that I am using pediasure for my son from past 1 years regularly. I bought a box of Pediasure from a medical shop near my area.

Today on 7th June 2019 I opened the pediasure box to make a frink for my son and I discovered a plastic piece in the powder. This is the very first time I have discovered something like that in the pediasure chocolate flavour powder and was shocked by seeing the plastic piece inside the pack. I was willing to lodge a complaint to the consumer court and other civic authorities but before that I though of mailing it to you. Their are tons of people buying this product for their kids and if something like this is ingested by the kids unknowingly it can cause major health problems and I think you should be concerned about it. Being a mother of a three year old I really want to hear from your side about the complaint mentioned above and I kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this.

I bought nepro hp 400 mg as my father is suffering from kidney disease. He is on dialysis. I was surprised. How could a renowned company do like that. I got legs of spider inside the packet.. My father already took half of the powder. I dont know what will happen next.. I appeal to the govt kindly expedite the matter. It will further create problem other patients too.

Ordered Thyronorm 12.5 mcg - 120 tablets from Medlife and on the sticker on the bottle, date of mfg, MRP, expiry date etc. details are completely missing. Ut is blank and I am now suspicious of the authenticity of the medicines. No bottle can be sold in the market without these details. Request you to please register my complaint against Abbott/Medlife for selling spurious medicines.

Recently, I purchased Insulin (Mixtard Penfil) for an elderly person at Thulasi Pharmacies, Kavundampalayam, Combatore. Later, realised it was not the right one and had to return & replace with the correct one. Unfortuantely, one of the sachet was peeled open and hence shop keeper refused to take back the item. Such mistake could happen to anyone as mafucturing companies keep changing the outlook of the packaging very often these days. On further investigation, the personnel in the pharmacies asked me to provide a written letter to the manufacturer (In this case Abbott Labs) for any refund.

This was the first time I came across a situation wherein a customer has to provide a letter to the manufucturer to get a refund for peeling off the sachet. Though the situation was very unpleasent, I agreed to do so to check if this really is the case across.

Would appreciate, if you could let me know the Return policy of your organisation as in this case wherein the customer accidently peeled off the sachet of the injection and not damaged the penfill item itself
