Abhi Bus — Money has been deducted for failure transaction and not at all refunding back

I have booked the ticket on dec1st but for failure transactions also money has been deducted and it has been refund back.daily when inam calling abhi bus customer care executives they putting me long time hold and not retrieving my call back.every time it is connecting to too different people and need to explain the situation.Even the support team is not responding to mails..its a very bad service.
