I booked ticket for v kaveri travels scania Volvo multi axle bus from kavali to Hyderabad through abhibus portal on 14th feb'24. But bus operator alloted normal sleeper bus with Volvo multi axle bus price. When I spoke to bus operator he is not provided correct answer. When abhibus executive spoke to bus operator they responded like multi axle sleeper broke down. Bus operator did not inform to me the same or abhibus partner also. Bus is very noice and I did not feel comfortable. But they charged more than 1300 rupees from me and my cotraveller paid only 850 rupees for this normal bus.
They charged extra money showing Volvo multi axle sleeper class while booking in portal. But alloted normal bus while traveling.
