Yesterday l have booked a ticket from madiwala police station to Nagercoil at jai Sai roadlinks my report time is 10 pm but I have already reached at madwala police station on 0945 pm by ola auto.Then I called to driver at 1010 pm driver said bus will reach at madiwala police station with in two minutes but bus didn't reach at madiwala police station then I called to driver but driver said bus crossed from madiwala so pls refund my ticket fare. My ticket, call records and ola reached time attached with this file pls take action
