Abhibus.com — Bus cancelled but ticket not refunded

Booked round trip from Hyderabad to Indore on Abhibus. For my return travel on 31st December 2014 from Indore to Hyderabad my bus got cancelled. I booked another bus also through abhibus site and returned. As per regulation the ticket money should have been refunded to my account but even after 40 days and numerous phone calls to customer care it is still not done. All I hear from customer care is it is in process and will take 24 to 48 hours to refund. All I have got is a complaint no. and almost no hope of getting my refund.
