Abhibus.com — Kaveri travels, Ticket charged for Volvo sleeper and asked us to board normal sleeper bus

Have booked Volvo sleeper on 18th sep, KAVERI2701489 seat 5L charging Rs 1206/- (which is exorbitant for 300 kms) and brought us a normal sleeper bus and switched the seat numbers as well. Blaming us for not booking through their counter. How do we trust these sites for booking for further journeys??
