Abhibus Services India — 2.5hrs late & drop it halfway

Yesterday[protected] i booked erode to bangalore ticket at krish travels by Abhi bus app. My Name J Nelson George, Seat Number W3, Bus arrived two 2.5hrs late, not only my dropping point kalasipalayam, but they dropped me off at Madivala and said that it will not go further. This is a very wrong approach, I request you to take appropriate action because when i asked the bus driver and his assistant about this, they respond very rudely.
