Firstly, abhibus is the worst service provider I have ever seen.
No toll free number and they always keeps calls on hold like for minutes and make customers loose their money instead.

1.) The service Pune to Hadapsar has been cancelled and there's no intimation from abhibus team regarding that, instead I gave a call to them on 10th feb confirm it, they said you will get refund but you need to go bus stand and collect...

Dear abhibus users,

Please be aware of about the cash back offers from abhibus. They are cheating the customer by providing cash back like 100 %, 222, 50% like.
This amount will be added after the travel, but we could not able to use that amount from our wallet, because they are giving 5% only that means rs 30-40 only. Rest of the amount will be in wallet, but it will be taken by the abhibus only.

1.) TICKET No: #YGT[protected], the service has been cancelled by komitla and there's no intimation from abhibus team regarding that, instead I gave a call to them on 25 Jan to confirm it, they said I will get refund within 7 working...

I am shocked at only receiving this one email after all the complaints that were raised from my end ! this is an example of extremely pathetic service from your end.

i have narrated this incident to at least 6 customer service executives with abhibus till now. sadly, i cannot recollect the name of all, but eventually i have spoken to a certain mr. suhas, who claims to be the senior executive at abhibus.

View wrongly booked for non ac instead of volvo the ticket was cancelled immediately on the same day. Their Buses are not safe for travel first:
1. Not Punctual on time (Pick-up & Drop)
2. Different Drop locations they drop

Ticket booked on 4 th Jan 2017 for the journey of Bangalore to Hyderabad on[protected], it was confirmed by abhibus.com through sms. My boarding point is Marthalli Opp kalamandir at 10:30 pm, so rushhed to the norading point in advance. and there is no office related to the operator. I have recently booked a ticket from kurnool to hyderabad on[protected]

In confusion i booked that ticket on 15th actually my journey was supposed to be on 16th january. I will accept that was my mistake 100%.

But before journey i didn't get any message from abhi bus or salabham travels (Executive class) for every journey i will get a message before my journey with bus details...

While I am booking bus ticket, the gender could not be appear default it choose the female(That seat is reserved for only for ladies). so I would like to know weather I can change the seat or cancel the seat by contact the customer. I booked ticket through abhibus, journey on 11pm 16th Dec. but that bus was cancelled by TSRTC. At that time i made a call to abhi customer care. he said your money will be refunded within 7 working days. so that once again i booked ticket on the same day but 9pm. But till know i didn't receive my money back.

I have given call to diwakar travel people, they are speaking irresponsibility... I have given call to abhi bus people they are telling you will get refund and taking your feedback.

i was trying to book ticket bangalore to ongole thorugh abhibus, while doing payment through freerecharge 1225 rs. transaction got failed .

but my amount is debited in freerrcharge account but seat is not booked in abhibus.

i just called the abhibus constmer care and informed my amount is debited and ticket is not booked, he replied with we will book another ticket and returns the money 5...

I tried booked the ticket on 2nd Jan 2017 and got failed, but for failure transactions also money has been deducted twice .daily when i am calling abhi bus customer care executives they putting me long time hold and not retrieving my call back.every time it is connecting to too different people and need to explain the situation.Even the support team is not responding to mails..its a very bad service....
