    Abhi Bus website showing offer details are not accurate . They are mentioning cashback and Off, Once login into the website and about to book a ticket, its giving only cash back ( that cashback amount cant use at a time, only 5% of total booking amount .), but not off .
    One more issue, so many times money is deducting but ticket is not confirming.May be they are refunding ticket amount to respected debited account (it will take around 2 weeks time.),
    or they will call and re booking ticket instead of refunding amount, really that one is appreciated thing. But, pain thing is money is debiting instantly and ticket is not confirming instantly .
    All these issues are irritating to user

        Issues are as given below.:

        When I reached Kesineni travelles by 4.15PM to board the bus at Kesineni Travels office near Benz Circle, Vijayawada they said that the bus was cancelled and the information about the cancellation was given to abhibus.com on 30th Mar'17 itself.

        I haven't received any information about the cancellation of the bus service from neither abhibus.com or Kesineni Travels. Even my ticket amount was not refunded by abhibus.com.

        I had booked this bus ticket to reach salem by 6AM on 1st Apr'17 to attend my family function.

        I didn't have any alternative option after 4.30 PM on 31st to reach salem at early morning on 1st April.

        If they would have informed either abhibus.com or Kesineni Travels before 4.30PM on 31st March about the cancellation, I had another alternative bus service on that day 4.30PM itself from Vijayawada.

        I called both abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels customer support for somany times and was waiting at Kesineni Travels office itself till 7PM to get support from them. But no proper response from both of them. They are complaining about each others only. Not at all tried to help for alternative travel or refunded my amount.

        I couldn't find any train also at that time to reach salem as per my plan.

        Because of abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels I lost my money Rs.1166 which was paid to abhibus.com. And not able attend my family function so I lost good relationships. My health was affected mentally.

        Both abhibus.com and Kesineni Travels should punished for these kind of cheating and it should not happen to any other people.

        I have booked a ticket on 2-4-2017, from Koilakunltla-Bangalore assuming that Service available after reaching bus station I called up depot manager they have informed that bus was cancelled.

        Abhibus to provide notification regarding cancellation of service?

          I have made a payment of 960 on 20th of this month. The payment went through and money was deducted. But abhibus web page said amount payed as zero. I called abhibus cs and was advised that I'll get refund in 5 working days. However HDFC bank informed that payment was successful from there end. They would only provide refund if you guys give me written confirmation. I contacted abhibus 5 times. This time agent said she'll escalate to other team and they will drop email. No response. I contacted again. An agent simply disconnected call. This was very poor customer service!! Again I called back only to receive this email address. Please help.

          I have send third email to abhibus. I get an automated response, then later an agent would ask some questions. I will reply but that is all. No one respond for the second time. I am not sure what SLA you guys have, but trust me this the worst experience I have ever had. Hoping someone will help me. This is 11th day after my payment (7th working day). I have provided all the required details below.

              Dear complaint team,
              I was supposed to travel from bangalore to humnabad (Bidar disrtrict, karnataka) on 7th march 2017
              I have booked ticket thru abhibus for orange travels and the boarding point was jalahalli cross at 9.35pm and i was at stop at 9pm itself
              But the driver didnt stopped the bus and later i called abhius and orange travels as well as bus drives nobody was listening to my words and driver said he don't have any information of stopping at jalahali cross from their office (I have al recordings)
              So it was emergency to reach my destination, so i took alternate ersonal taxi and paid approx. 25, 000/-
              And the where i need to travel was our customer and it was a shutdown and i was supposed to solve asap
              And now im in a tenssion to loose my job because not reached to destination on time
              But still no reply rom abhibus and orange travels after many calls and complaint

                I was booked ticket journey date on 19/03/2017, 9.30pm from madinaguda.waiting from 9.15 to 9.40pm and then i called to [protected], kesineni travels.Then he replied bus has not operated in this route, call to this no [protected]. after calling from my end he has replied, come to miyapur allwin cross road more super market. i bring my luggage and went to miyapur allwyn cross road by 9.50pm. after 20 mins again call from one more number [protected], come to madapur. then i replied already come to miyapur from madinaguda, waiting 1/2 hour and again to madhapur i am unable to come with my luggage. you come to miyapur cross road and waiting from half an hour. then the transporter replied, you call to head office.this type of misbehavior and irresponsible to customer is highly objectionable.i went back to home at 11pm

                      INCIDENT DATE - 28-FEB-2017: I have not seen such kind of Worst behaviour till now in my complete life he don’t have respect to ladies and he don’t have respect to Senior citizens he is not deserved live atleast that to I find this kind of behaviour in KOMITLA travels he is not stopping the bus for 2 mins till one old lady is getting down from auto and board the bus. INCIDENT DATE: 26-FEB-2017 Last time also I faced the same Issue I book on AC but I don’t know how it changed to NON AC and that is Kaleswari Travels that bus I con’t forget the smell in the bus the worst experience in my 5 r 6 years of journey with you hope will take this serious and work towards resolutions.

                        Firstly, abhibus is the worst service provider I have ever seen.
                        No toll free number and they always keeps calls on hold like for minutes and make customers loose their money instead.

                        1.) The service Pune to Hadapsar has been cancelled and there's no intimation from abhibus team regarding that, instead I gave a call to them on 10th feb confirm it, they said you will get refund but you need to go bus stand and collect the money why i need go to bus stand???The passenger is lady they did not given any information at that she does not have money also.

                        i have narrated this incident to at least 8 customer service executives with abhibus till now. sadly, i cannot recollect the name of all, but eventually i have spoken to a certain T.Karthik .

                            Dear abhibus users,

                            Please be aware of about the cash back offers from abhibus. They are cheating the customer by providing cash back like 100 %, 222, 50% like.
                            This amount will be added after the travel, but we could not able to use that amount from our wallet, because they are giving 5% only that means rs 30-40 only. Rest of the amount will be in wallet, but it will be taken by the abhibus only.

                            So be careful about this. They are cheating the customers like this.

                              Firstly, abhibus is the worst service provider I have ever seen.

TICKET No: #YGT[protected], the service has been cancelled by komitla and there's no intimation from abhibus team regarding that, instead I gave a call to them on 25 Jan to confirm it, they said I will get refund within 7 working days, I have called them many times in between and they continue saying I will get within 24 hours etc... Now, when I called on 6th of feb... all they say is to wait for 10 more days!!!
                              Do, I look like a fool to them, i already wasted a 100 rupees on phone bill calling those IDIOTS for refund... and now all I get is this.
                              I really want to sue them in court for ******* with customers.

                              2.)#60148580, I booked a garuda plus bus and instead I get a garuda.
                              and when i ask them regarding the difference amount refund, all they say is to wait and wait and wait.

                              I seriously want some justice from these money looting websites and careless service providers

                                I am shocked at only receiving this one email after all the complaints that were raised from my end ! this is an example of extremely pathetic service from your end.

                                i have narrated this incident to at least 6 customer service executives with abhibus till now. sadly, i cannot recollect the name of all, but eventually i have spoken to a certain mr. suhas, who claims to be the senior executive at abhibus.

                                anyway re-capping the incident yet again for your reference, and this time i really hope some action is taken other than being sent bogus sorries and inconvenience regretted notes !

                                so, on the 25th of feb, i booked a bus via abhibus from pune to goa which was scheduled to depart at 9.30 p.m. as a customary practice, i should have received the bus number and driver details of the operator at least an hour prior via abhibus, but i did not. thus, i on my had to call you'll after which you'll lazily connected me to the bus operator instead of fetching these details for me. the result being, i had to dial the 5 odd numbers and chase up the operator i.e metro translines at least 15 to 20 times, to ultimately get a response on the bus details. thereafter i was told that the bus is delayed by half an hour and instead of my chosen pick up point the pick up was changed to swargate.

                                anyway, after waiting till 10, the bus did not arrive and the operator switched off his phone. i still waited and then was told later by the operator that the bus will arrive by 11 p.m, after i endlessly called him up. in between, i called abhibus again to inform them of the delay and my inability to reach the operator. sadly, they did nothing from their end apart from telling me the patented sorries. soon 11 turned to 12 and i received no response from either abhibus or the operator. also, i would like to highlight here, that i was the sole female traveler who was waiting there dreading my safety by this time. and i informed the abhibus customer service guys about this as well. but guess what! no action was taken!

                                after all the endless follow-ups i had finally lost all my patience and calm. finally, an overfilled tempo arrived at 12.45 a.m to pick us up and drop us at the final pick up point. so, the operator expected me to travel in a cramped up place with no seat or place to stand either for half an hour till i reach the final stop! when i retaliated with the rest of the co-passengers, he agreed to book us an auto. after a lot of back an forth here ( with me constantly making calls to abhibus with no fruitful response), an auto was booked for four passengers, with me being the only female! to break this down, i was expected to travel with three other men in one auto at 1 a.m in the night all alone ! ( i flagged this again to abhibus, and no action was taken). after crying hoarse before the operator for long, another auto was booked, but i was now extremely worried about my safety as a lone female travelling aimlessly at one in the night.

                                i decided that enough was enough, and called abhibus yet again in a extremely livid mood. after struggling and being hung up on twice, i was finally directed to a senior executive -suhas. by this time, i was extremely anxious and tired of repeating the whole story to multiple executives but still told him the whole story. and quite obviously i had lost my cool by now and was yelling in pain. on flagging my safety issues to mr. suhas in a distraught manner, he instead of taking any immediate action, told me to not yell and be professional!! can anyone beat this now! i am a girl travelling with unknown men at 1 in the night, dreading my safety and i am not helped at all by abhibus, and guess who's unproffesional according to them? me!

                                after eventually being told that strict action will be taken from their end, nothing was done at all instead of getting this useless sorry mailer and one sorry call.

                                now to sum this up:

                                there is a reason why i, as a female booked the bus for a safe time like 9.30 p.m. why did i have to travel in this disgusted fashion at 1 in the night then?

                                for all the stress and trouble i faced, i would like a full refund of my money, regardless of the fact that i traveled with the same operator. (i had to because i had no option in the middle of the night). is this too much to ask for? if you think i am a money greedy customer, then let me correct you here. i am only a distraught customer who somehow wants justice for all the brunt she faced. what would happen here, if i were raped that night? why was i not helped when i was desperately calling abhibus in the middle of the night? why was no action taken from the start till the very end by abhibus? why was i told to not yell and be professional, when you guys yourself were'nt even being human?

                                there has to be some fairness for all my worries, and hence i want a full refund of the rs.3800 that i paid. i deserve to feel compensated this way at the very least if nothing else!

                                i really hope some action is taken on this. if not, i will resort to all possible means of social media to raise my concerns apart from anyway swearing and deterring all to not use abhibus ever again in the future.

                                  A online ticket was booked from Hyderabad to visakhapatnam through the web site of abhibus.com on[protected] through debit card for six passengers to travel by Kaveri bus ON[protected]. View wrongly booked for non ac instead of volvo the ticket was cancelled immediately on the same day. A message was received from AD-ABHIBUS stating that an amount of RS/ 3528 will be deposited within 5 to 14 days. PNR ABRS 5255584 and REF NO: O 22357419 But till date I have not received the refund. Request your intervention into the matter and do the needful. Would appreciate if you can acknowledge the mail and do the needful to resolve the issue.

                                  I always book my tickets through abhibus since the past few years.

                                    I have booked my ticket from Hyderabad to Bungalore on[protected] for interview purpose Abhi Bus Booking ID TS-ABB40568733JKO and Operator PNR # 61851 so that SRT Private bus conductor claiming that i was been cancelled my ticket then i called Customer care then told me there was no cancel message then conductor was claiming that i was been cancelled my ticket but there was no cancelled message from my side so they left me on 10 pm on road because of it i have to pay extra charge on late night to another travels for 1000 rupees to attend my interview i am asking abhi bus and SRT Tours and travels to refund my amount and also i want compensation for what went wrong on that day
