I had booked the Bus ticket from Goa -Mum on 23rd Nov'16, for 4 people. I got the SMS & call from Bus service & Abhibus about the cancellation of services on 2nd Dec . I had immediately requested for refund since i have to book another ticket. The Customer care said money will refunded in 5-7 days., its been 10 days now Abhibus is unable to refund me saying ticket is not cancelled by Bus service provider & they are awaiting refund from them. I called more than 4-5 times to Abhibus, getting same answer . This is pathetic service by Abhibus, if they dont have control over BUS service providers, then why they here. Kindly help me for getting my money back, we are on 10th day today.

Abhibus is biggest fraud, I am launching social campaign to make sure no one should use it. Its a biggest fraud company.

    I was in need to travel from vijayawada to Hyderabad. When i was booking the ticket, i chose 5th of December morning 12.30 bus in the list of buses i was shown in the mobile application, so that i could go to work on the monday 5th. I chose Vijayawada as my boarding point.

    Now here is the confusing part. I got a ticket for 11.55PM of 5th December instead of 12.30 AM of 5th December. Apparently, that is the boarding time for those how wish to travel from Ibrahimpatnam.

    When i asked the customer care, they insited that i was wrong when i chose vijayawada as boarding point as it clearly show 11.55 pm and the date was 5th that means i was booking ticket on 5th but for midnight of fifth. Not morning.

    So, help me understand. If thats the case, and i want to book ticket on 5th morning, am i supposed to time travel to 3rd of december and book ticket for 12.30 am of 5th and by doing so get 11.55, 4th ticket?

    Confusing Right. Imagine my trouble understanding the problem and explaining that to the customer care.

    He wasted my time and money both while i speak to him and chances of getting another seat in next bus.

    The logic of the application it self is flawed and misleading. The way the customer care responded to the flaw(blatantly denying it) made it worse.

    The flaw resides at the timings shown to the customer. If the bus is going to start at 11.55 4th when customer chose vijayawda. Why show 12.30AM in the list? and worse, why show 11.55 at boarding point. And by choosing 11.55 vijayawada as boarding point, how in the world does it book for 11.55 PM of 5th? This doesnt make any sense to me, at all.

    I humbly, request you to help me get my justice. Its not the money i lost. I lost my piece of mind, my energy, pleasant journey and most precious of all TIME.

      Abhibus asked me for the feedback, i replied on that
      they send ticket ID 458245, still now no one approached, its more than 4day's
      regarding bus changed & seat change without any info on that, even time got changed, 21:30 to 22:45
      after all this the time changes they called & told us about this
      & still 23:15 a drama was went around on this
      still today no one approached on this issue after the complaint
      i sent a couple of mails three days back,
      simply iam getting the system generated mails only

      Situation faced in the hebbal bustop @11:10pm
      i begged him, iam travelling lonely, how can i take the 23:10 bus, that too seat no 39, i requested at least for seat change
      he said there is no option, are you ok or not, because bus is arriving in couple of minutes to that stop& he said ladies will not be ready to sit with gents seat
      how can he suggest that, really don't know whats he thinking
      don't he know how to handle the situation
      then there is no point of safety, for lady, travelling alone
      he is not ready to help on that
      note : its better to provide a lady assistance, for helping the women
      the complete failure is from the Abhibus, no proper communication
      abhibus said, we are sorry currently we had nothing to do on the bus & time change, on cancellation also u r not getting the full amount.

        Its been 6days and Abhi bus customer care team has not reverted to my email, Issue: i booked a bus from Abhi bus app and i have selected the boarding point as Opp ksrtc bus stand, Ashok travels Mangalore, but travels people have received as Happankatta, mangalore, bus and bus driver reached Pump well circle, mangalore which is around 7km far from the acutal boarding point and gave a call to me at 10:25pm and argued with me that i have booked for Happankatta and if do not come to Pump well circle in 10mins they will move on, i have to rush to find an auto and auto guy demanded 300rs i was help less i agreed and paid the same, i was waiting in the boarding point from 9:40pm, if this would have happened for a lady passenger then i feel its not safe to book a bus through abhibus app, i request you to look into this issue as this is a major concern as this is happened at late night and i request you to help me getting my money back

          this chandu, i am trying to book a ticket from hyderabad to ongole in http://www.abhibus.com/. at initial in homepage the Bus Number 9228, amount displaying as Rs.407. After select destination point and click on "show layout" the amount will be chage as Rs.432. and at the time of make payment the amount againn changed as Rs.410. at final at the time of OTP entering the amount is Rs.469.30.
          Please take an appropriate action on http://www.abhibus.com/. this is high level fraud for the passengers.

            I have booked an APSRTC bus a month back. The driver did not even call me that bus has come and I was in the middle of city and there is absolutely no way that my phone can;t be reachable and it never was not reachable. I raised a complaint regarding that and no one ever got back to me. I called 4 times after that and they said they would get back to me in 4 days. After 2 weeks I called them and they said that driver had called me and 13 other passengers boarded the bus. I never saw anyone. If so, Why is it that he never called me? Leaving that a side, this is the worst customer service and should never book a bus. Im never going to book bus with them and going to block every mail or contact of them., I'm also going to suggest my friends never to book a bus with abhibus.
            Please don't let them tell they provide customer service. I had worst service ever from them!

              Hello,
              Ticket number 49585784, I was cancel request email drop from Operator sai buss Buldhana on 4 th nov but Abhi buass Refund Cannot be Credited. 7 day left already and Customer gives me reasons and number not reachable, really abhi buss gives me very bad experience aI already gives bad reaviews all social media becose they can gives me refund which is in policy.

                  I had booked a GSRTC bus ticket from Rajkot to Dwarka (PNR - G13478653, Trip Code - 2000ABDDWKSLP30) for 24/10/2016 at 00:30 AM for my brother. My brother was not allowed to board the bus. According to conductor, his name was not there in the list of passenger and already seat is been reserved by another passenger. I immediately called up abhibus customer care, they assured me that this issue will be resolved in 48 hours and i was asked to do some alternate arrangement for transport. My brother had a medical appointment at dwarka, he had to an alternate arrangement for travel in night 1:30 AM. He almost paid triple amount of the bus ticket to reach dwarka on time.

                  I have not got any response from abhibus its been 4 days now, I have even raised a compliant via Email (ticket # 442185). I am shocked to see the negligence and carelessness by abhibus. Instead of my brother if some gal would be travelling by same bus and would not allowed to board the bus, who would be responsible for security? This is not acceptable behavior.

                  I am planning to lodge a complaint in consumer forum, I am not raising this complaint for money. I am raising it for their carelessness and negligence, no other passenger should suffer like my brother.

                    This is pratap, i am trying to book a ticket from tenali to hyderabad on 23.10.2016 through abhibus (Mornigstar is operator). But i found a difference of 100 rs compared to operator but abhibus cheating people with higher fare than the operator fare.

                    For your kind reference please find the enclosed images you please check it the fare difference from abhibus and morning star travels.

                    And they are giving a cash back offer without any use of it with hidden terms&conditions sir before going to payment gateway abhibus shold show overall terms&conditions but they are intentionally hiding the terms and conditions
                    As consumer i am having every right to know what are the terms and conditions. As per their terms nobody will make it abhibush cash into zero on his lifer time this is a bogus cashback plan. Please take proper action on this issue and i am having a abhi cash of 850rs on my account i am not interested to continue in abhibus my sincere appeal to you please give them my 850rs to my bank account.

                      Sir,
                      My friend and myself booked as travels bus from guntur to tirupati on 04.10.16 at 7.30pm. we have to reach tirupati by 2.30am and we have to make darshan in tirumala at the early hours of 6.00am and attend a business conclave in tirupathi but due to the irresponsible attitude of the bus crew who forgot to wake us up at tirupati stop. We woke up at 5.30 am on a highway 30kms before kolar town and we were in a shock as our schedule is messed up. We due to the tiredness and work stress slept all the way until 5.30 am . we don't even have a chance to locate ourselves in the middle journey as it is a sleeper bus. The driver and the boy in bus didnt even checked the chart available with them and failed to do their duty of informing the passengers at their destination points. They didn't even regret for their mistake.

                      2.The facility of LCD TV which was advertised by abhibus, and the lights arei not at all working at our seats.
                      I want a legitimate reply from abhibus/SRS travels in this regard else, I was forced to approach consumer forums for making me to face mental agony and upsetting my holy trip.

                            I had booked a ticket from hyderabad to mangalore on 29.07.2016 (Ticket ref no.423816 order no. O_17878940a). An amount of rs.1290.00 was paid to abhibus through a/c but the ticket was not issued because there were no seats. Without seats, the company took the payment. Later they realised their mistake and sent a mail that the amount was refunded to my a/c which was a big lie. When i protested, they asked for my bank statement. Asking for a bank statement which contains my other personal transactions was totally unfair but still i shared by bank statement. Inspite of this the amount is yet to be credited to my a/c. Every time i make a call to the customer service, they ask all the details from the beginning and do nothing.

                            I have heard from many of my friends that abhibus is a big cheat company and do take payments without booking seats and do not refund the amount.

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              I always had a good experience with royal travels.
                              I had booked my return ticket from belgaum to bangalore on 7th september 2016
                              And had checked the drop point too and it was mentioned as madiwala.
                              But the bus did not drop me till madiwala and said anand rao circle is
                              The last stop and being new to the city it was difficult for me to
                              Travel to madiwala.

                                I have a booked a round trip bus ticket and for one way service has been cancelled. For the other one ticket cost is 700 and they have to deduct only 10% as per the cancellation terms for that they have deducted 173 i.e 27% they have deducted. I called the customer care about 10 times and no one is able to provide the feedback and simply saying you will get a call in a hour. Waste of booking the tickets through Abhibus.

                                Also at first they said there is no cancellation terms after sending the snippet then they are proceeded, in case if i missed taking that snippet they will simply say there is no cancellation terms.

                                  I have booked Ticket from Chennai to Kovilpatti on Universal Travels through abhi bus (PNR number UNI1585181). The journey date is 01.09.2016 and the boarding point is Perungalathur by 11.10pm. I was there before 25 mins. advance and due to rain I have fully drenched. Till 11.55 the bus not reached and I made a call to the contact number given in Ticket. The guy who is Bus Coordinator not picked the call even it's fully ringing. After 10 calls continuously made he picked and not answered properly and behave very rude and ridiculously. Finally I made abhi bus customer service and they too tried to put conference call but not picked by Universal Travels guy. At last I stood on road with drenched in rain and found the bus and get it, since I paid money Rs.800/- for Ticket for this worst Journey.

                                    I am frequent traveller and have serious concern with abhibus on dropping timings.

                                    While they give the disclaimer that the timings are tentative, the difference of the timings should be reasonable a 2 hr - 4 hr difference can't be called a tentative timing. This concern is not about bus breakdown or the extra ordinary circumstances.The regular drop timings are also not updated correctly.

                                    I havee booked a ticket with below AbhiBus Booking ID ABRS4811100
                                    Operator PNR # ABRS4811100. The dropping point mentioned is 6:00 AM. And the driver and conductor now even befor starting say that the earlieast time possible is 8 AM. So I can expect another oe hour delay. If that is the case, why is the time mentioned in abhibus site as 6 AM.

                                    This issue is not with this alone travel. Even a high end costly busses has very pathetic timing mentioned in the website.
                                    Example: Orange, Citizen, Transit, Sahara ... their drop points are mentioned as around 7 AM but the busses nver reach prior 10.30 AM.

                                    If the website managers cannot have a control on what they are publishing in their site, how can individual persons know before booking? And do Abhibus have any control measure on correctness of what they are publisbing in their own site? If yes, there cannot be soo many lapses.
                                    I personally had to go through many half day leaves ( loss of pay) because of relying on this website timings. Had I known atleast tentative timing of when the busses reach, I would have for other bus. Right? Abhibus don't have any right to waste passengers timings like this.

                                    Abhibus should provide the travel agency contact no. Beside every booking so that customers try to get the real information, as Abhibus is publishing wrong drop timings and just giving a disclaimer safe guarding themselves.

                                    If I count all my half day leave wastes, that would turn no less than aroind Rs 30, 000.00.Will abhibus be ready to bear this?

                                    I expect a revert.

                                      I had booked 3 tickets on 23/08/2016 from Hosur to Bangalore for travel on 24/08/2016 by SRM Transport through AbhiBus Services .Since I had not received the confirmation SMS/Mail even after 10 minutes, I booked 3 other tickets (ticket ID DB9AD9730). Immediately I recevied confirmation of both the tickets. Since it is duplication and two payments have been made, I registered a complaint with customer care immediately - Complaint no: 42294.
                                      Now I got the message only 50% of the cost will be refunded to me. As it is no fault of mine, I request you to refund the full amount immediately.
                                      AbhiBus Services India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
