I have booked Ticket from Chennai to Kovilpatti on Universal Travels through abhi bus (PNR number UNI1585181). The journey date is 01.09.2016 and the boarding point is Perungalathur by 11.10pm. I was there before 25 mins. advance and due to rain I have fully drenched. Till 11.55 the bus not reached and I made a call to the contact number given in Ticket. The guy who is Bus Coordinator not picked the call even it's fully ringing. After 10 calls continuously made he picked and not answered properly and behave very rude and ridiculously. Finally I made abhi bus customer service and they too tried to put conference call but not picked by Universal Travels guy. At last I stood on road with drenched in rain and found the bus and get it, since I paid money Rs.800/- for Ticket for this worst Journey.

    I am frequent traveller and have serious concern with abhibus on dropping timings.

    While they give the disclaimer that the timings are tentative, the difference of the timings should be reasonable a 2 hr - 4 hr difference can't be called a tentative timing. This concern is not about bus breakdown or the extra ordinary circumstances.The regular drop timings are also not updated correctly.

    I havee booked a ticket with below AbhiBus Booking ID ABRS4811100
    Operator PNR # ABRS4811100. The dropping point mentioned is 6:00 AM. And the driver and conductor now even befor starting say that the earlieast time possible is 8 AM. So I can expect another oe hour delay. If that is the case, why is the time mentioned in abhibus site as 6 AM.

    This issue is not with this alone travel. Even a high end costly busses has very pathetic timing mentioned in the website.
    Example: Orange, Citizen, Transit, Sahara ... their drop points are mentioned as around 7 AM but the busses nver reach prior 10.30 AM.

    If the website managers cannot have a control on what they are publishing in their site, how can individual persons know before booking? And do Abhibus have any control measure on correctness of what they are publisbing in their own site? If yes, there cannot be soo many lapses.
    I personally had to go through many half day leaves ( loss of pay) because of relying on this website timings. Had I known atleast tentative timing of when the busses reach, I would have for other bus. Right? Abhibus don't have any right to waste passengers timings like this.

    Abhibus should provide the travel agency contact no. Beside every booking so that customers try to get the real information, as Abhibus is publishing wrong drop timings and just giving a disclaimer safe guarding themselves.

    If I count all my half day leave wastes, that would turn no less than aroind Rs 30, 000.00.Will abhibus be ready to bear this?

    I expect a revert.

      I had booked 3 tickets on 23/08/2016 from Hosur to Bangalore for travel on 24/08/2016 by SRM Transport through AbhiBus Services .Since I had not received the confirmation SMS/Mail even after 10 minutes, I booked 3 other tickets (ticket ID DB9AD9730). Immediately I recevied confirmation of both the tickets. Since it is duplication and two payments have been made, I registered a complaint with customer care immediately - Complaint no: 42294.
      Now I got the message only 50% of the cost will be refunded to me. As it is no fault of mine, I request you to refund the full amount immediately.

        Have booked a ticket on madheena travels via abhibus from ernakulam to trivandrum (booking id abb[protected], and travel date was, 16th august morning 12.15am. i was supposed to reach the boarding point (aluva over bridge) 15 minutes before journey. i have reached the boarding point half an hour ago and when i called the bus operator they said that bus is delayed and will be reaching boarding point by 1.30am only. he also said that seat is not available and he will arrange another bus from next stop, i didn’t agree to this since i am a single lady travelling alone in midnight and i have a confirmed ticket booked via abhibus.com. i contacted the customer care of abhibus and the executive, he then contacted bus operator and confirmed me that i can travel on my booked seat itself, but bus will be at boarding point by 1.30am only. and i waited til2.15 am, i was trying to contact the bus operator from 1.15am, but he didn’t pick the call. i also tried calling customer care of abhibus, but the bus operator was not responding to abhibus executives call. by 2.15 am customer care executive asked me to find another bus, as i told him i will not be able to find another bus at this time he told me that i can go home and he will register a complaint against madheena travels (compliant id 419491). my journey was cancelled.
        Next day morning when i called abhibus customer care they said that it will take some time to resolve the issue. i kept calling them every day and they said that bus operator haven’t responded yet and will call back soon. on saturday night (20th august 2016) they called and said that operator said that when they called i didn’t pick the call and i was not at the boarding point, so when i asked them to check the call recordings they said that will call back soon. today when i called them they are saying that bus operator haven’t responded yet. now i understood that abhibus team is cheating me, they took my money, i didn’t get the service, my journey was cancelled, i waited in the road for 3 hours in midnight

          I have book tkt[protected] morning.. My departure date is also 22nd aug-2016 night... After paid.. Its shows some payment issue.. When i call their customer care number.. They said "we wil send one link please clik on that link u wil get tkt confirmation when you call back to us" from that they showed torture for sake of that link, tkt confirmation. Continuesly i called them.. They didnt respond. At last evng 7.15 simply they said there is no services for this route... Worst service... Because of their worst service i faced lot of problems.. That night...

            Actually i hav an most imp meeting in my office which is in hyderbad n i booked buss at 11 45 pm actually the buss dept at 2:15 am from my mobile app like abhibuss app and in my abhibuss account i have a rs 100 cash n my buss ticket cost is 1290 rs then i booked a f1 seat from banglore to hyderabad ticketfrom allhind travell buss and then i paid rest amount of 1190 from my bank account because i already i hav 100 rs in my abhibuss account and its processed well they debited the amount from my account then atlaast they did not confirmed my ticket the error msg came please contact the customer care. Then i called them they told the abibuss account money 100 we did not reach that amount that is why we did nt confirmed the ticket but the amount of 1190 has been reached them n then after when i called them they told they will send a link for 100 rs then i paid that amount also then they had a limited time time to book the ticket they deducted all d amount from me atlaast simply they are saying sorry unable book the ticket n wen i call they told we refunded the amount will u reach with 5 to 7 wrking days. My major problm is i dont hav the money with on that time i hav only 1500 rupees with me in that 1300 rupees are deducted by them then how shld i come to hyderbad n in this issue myself i dont hav the problem from my side before two and half hrs i booked a ticket and its a normal time.


            My major request is to stop the worust services like this which is majorly effect the middle class people in worust scenarios n requesting u to take this as a serious issue n this is the situation i faced very bad n this issue effecting my job alsooo.

              I got the call from sum numbers- they are asking my debit card details to refund the amount. why they required my all my bank details. I got the fraud calls twice. its worsts service.

                I tried to book bus ticket from vijayawada to bangalore on 21-jul-2016 in abhibus website in sitara travels.
                Since there was a network issue i couldnt book the ticket. I received a phone call from abhibus team and they helped me in booking ticket.
                The ticket number is ts-abb31475154hph. Service number bng-999. My boarding point is benz cirlce, vijayawada and boarding time is 9:15 pm.
                I was ready to reach boarding point but it was raining heavily in vijayawada. I received messages from vk-yurbus saying that there was delay in bus by 29 mins, 16 mins so on.
                So i tried to contact the bus operator multiple times at 8:54 pm, 8:55 pm to know the right time but no one picked the call. Then i contacted abhibus team at 8:56 and got the alternate number. My call to this number was also not attended at 9:01 and 9:02 pm multiple times. Since i was unaware of the right time and its raining heavily in vijayawada i was concerned to go the boarding point as i will have to stand in rain. Since i was not able to contact any one i started from home and reached the boarding point at 9:20. Then i contacted the alternate number and this time somebody picked my call and when i asked about the bus status they told that bus has already left the boarding point and was very rude with me saying that its my mistake to not be at boarding point by 9:15 and even i was told that my name is not in their list. I told them everything happened and asked why no one from the sitara travels had contacted me to check where i am and left without taking me. But they were very rude with me saying that its their policy not to wait even for minute after the boarding time and not to call the passenger before leaving the boarding point to check the passenger availability. When contacted abhibus for justice (Refund) they arranged for a conference call with operarator and in that call also the bus operator was very rude infront of abhibus team and after all struggle i was unable to get my refund because of only one reason - i was not at boarding point at 9:15. I need refund from abhibus or sitara travels. I have attached the call log, messages and ticket details for reference.

                  Please dont book any ticket from abhibus.com
                  I have booked one ticket dated 10-july-2016 due to some problem the operator cancelled the service of the day and there were no seats available with other bus i missed my office due to that. i called regarding this to abhibus the executive said we will get back to you once we get any update from the operator. today date is 13-july-2016 3 days completed and i have call 10 times to the customer care no but still the ans from the executive is same we will get back to you. they have not refunded me yet. i am unhappy with the service. and request you all to please avoid to use abhibus service.

                    When i was trying to book a ticket on 8th july, my transaction showed successful but no ticket details were emailed to me. only after calling the customer care, i was able to know that my seat was not reserved inspite of the money being debited from my account. after an hour of hustle withe the rude customer care executives, they sent me links to pay additional amounts but that too didnt work and the customer care executives after wasting my hour time and making me spend said that it was all due to technical glitches. i requested a refund and a confirmation mail about the refund of which nothing happened. this is the worst booking site i have ever seen and never recommend anyone this site.

                      Here i would like to inform i booked ticket from abhi bus website on 05/06/2016. Tirupathi to bangalore actual arrival time is given in ticket 11.55 and after that i called agent he didn't respond and waited up to 2 o clock and again i called to abhi bus customer care and they connected conference call to bus drive and given answer we don't have your name in our chart so we left from the destination.
                      So after so many follow ups and calling continuously to abhibus customer care regarding the amount of ticket there is no response from them.
                      That is the reason i am raising the complaint on this issue.

                        I book the tickets from abhibus from karad to mumbai (400rs)& mumbai to karad, 500rs) but while traveling from mumbai to karad they change my travel, my ticket was booked in pawan travels & they shifted to me in local travel name as namrata, & timing was 11.05pm but namrata travel came at 12.45, wht is this, you bull guys ur should be kicked by all peoples, & while returning my ticket was booked for 29th may, but on 28th may bus operator labbaik called me nd told that ur ticket is booked for today 28th may, hw its possible i have booked ticket for 29th may but bus operator labbaik very bad language he told u have to cm on 28th may only not on 29th may. So on 29th may i have to travel with another bus giving 400rs extra, my returning ticket money of 500 rs have eaten by bus operator nd abhi bus guys. This guys have filled ther by taking money & cheating with peoples. Bus operator labbaik

                          This is the worst bus service provider i have ever seen in my life.First they have offered discount on ticket.After our transaction is completed we didn't get any message about our booking.Then we asked customer care about the process.They said you have to pay again extra money to get the ticket booked.So be careful, don't book the tickets in abhibus.                             I got ticket confirmation message from your website that my seat no j4 sree dhanunjaya travels at 7 pm kukatpally boarding, but instead of me some one has got that same ticket, so they rejected me even i show my msg of confirmation ticket, i don't know how worst network it is! I called to customer care about 30 times they are asking about the problem & telling we will call back in few minutes, i had been waited on road for 3hrs & they finally said that plz see any alternative to travel and we are also trying, because of this particular incident i got 10 times loss of my ticket cost, this is worse thing i have ever experienced the only reason is your website

                              Sir, i have booked two tickets from ' chennai to bangalore on journey date[protected] in srs travels, through abhibus.com. On[protected], two tickets confirmed on that date on abhibus.com.

                              But only one ticket is confirmed on[protected] in my travel list. I have paid money for travels operator for another seat, as one of my seat is not confirmed. I have called to abhibus customer care next day after making my journey, he says your booking ticket has some technical problem. He says to refund my full ticket amount, but they are not saying when they wil refund the amount. So pl accept my compliant and look into this regard.
                              Am enclosing the details of ticket that is confirmed on abhibus but not confirmed on travels.

                                I had booked two tickets online at abhi bus services india pvt ltd, of dhanunjaya travels (Bearing pnr abrs4546921, on 6th may 2016 from secunderabad boarding from asian travels, opp: secunderabad railway station), telangana to bangalore, majestic to be travelled on 7th may 2016. Reporting time was at 9.45 p. M from asian tours & travels, opp: secunderabad station. We had reached around 9.15 p. M and was waiting for the bus. When i asked the owner of asian tours and travels his son interfied and was speaking in a rude manner saying we need to check with the bus driver weather the bus belongs to dhanunjaya bus. He was speaking in a sarcastic manner stating should i go and ask the driver? When i asked my wife to sit on the chair he asked her to go out. Is he a rowy?
                                Should we pay for getting insulted?
                                Finally a local mini bus named kalieshwary came about 10.15 p. M and dropped us at afzal gunj at other travel agents office. We were made to stand and when we questioned the travels owner when will dhanunjaya bus arrive? He showed a local bus (Snaps of the bus can be provided if required) and asked us to get into it. When we questioned him that whe we had booked a ticket to travel on dhanunjaya bus by paying about 1200/- why should we travel on local bus named kalieshwary, he said its our wish. When i called abhi bus service customer care executive he said since the bus was cancelled we need to take the alternate bus. When i asked him that i had paid rs.1200/- since its dhananjaya bus and i would have got tickets even for 350-400/-, he just said its my wish wheather to travel or not! Since i was with my wife who ws not well and it was already 11 p. M and i cant take a lodge in the late hours and more over i had an important schedule in the morning around 8 a. M in bangalore i was compelled to travel in the local bus. The depature time was at 10 p. M but they started the bus about 12 a. M inorder to collect the parcel and few more passengers, when we questioned the conductor he was threatinng us by replying in a crude way. No other way we travelled in the same bus.
                                And after travelling for about 2 hours it started raining and even after closing the windows the rain water was spilling on us and part of our dress become wet. We had to travel the whole way in the same position.
                                And the seats were not at all comfortable. We suffered a lot. Since my wife was suffering from backache we opted for dhanunjaya bus to travel comfortably. Due to local bus the seating were very bad.
                                And finally we reached bangalore about 9.30 a. M.
                                But we had an important appointment around 8 a. M, we had missed the schedule due to the negligance of the operator.
                                Even after making so many warning with abhi bus service customer care executive that we are going to approach consumer court they just asked us to go ahead.
                                Now i would like to question the concern responsible operator and service providers that
                                Why shouldnt i pull them to consumer court?
                                Why shouldnt i claim loss and damages from them?
                                Due to their negligence and greediness we had to face lots of problems, loss and damages.
                                And after travelling in the local bus my wife`s health (Backache) is in very bad shape now.
                                Who si going to bear/suffer all those?
                                Will the owners of abhi bus service & dhanunjaya bus service bear all those loss & damages and loss of health?
                                I need the concern owners to settle damages and loss immediately without any delay which was caused due th them.
                                Failing to act / react will be compelled to take legal action.

                                    This is Rajes, I have booked three tickets from Hyderabad to Madurai on 25-Mar-2016 for emergency purpose I couldn’t able to book the ticket through online. Then Abhi support help for booking and made payment. Unfortunately my kid was not feeling good, So I called and cancelled the tickets before 3 hours of the journey. Still I didn’t received the reimbursement amount. I have follow-up all the ways (email, several phone calls). They are cheating, simply said no data found (Ticket ID :381163).
                                    How it is possible when we made the payment they called me like anything. When I am asking for status of reimbursement. No one is responding almost. I am thinking to file a case. Please don’t use abhibus.

                                    I have booked ticket in abhibus, they deducted tha amount but the ticket was not confimed.Customer care told me to refund that cash in 4 to 5 business dayas. still now i didnt get nay response from them. Very worst brand.

                                      This is DS Karna, Today[protected] i am trying to book a ticket on abhibus.com site . In my wallet Rs 120/- cash is available. At the time ticket payment site is closed. Due to this My wallet money is deducted. the ticket is not booked.So please make to refund the ammount as early as possible.

                                        I was booked a ticket from Pune to Hyderabad on 25th March and my departure time is 11.15 pm at wakad bride .I reached by 11pm.I was waited for a long time upto 2pm I didn't get any bus of AP tours and travels service.Even they didn't called me.I was called to AP tours and travels service office but they didn't responded me. Abhibus service is worst service like anything.They are not providing any bus driver details.Because of that reason I lost my ticket fare 1250rs and also Iost my interview in hyderabad.
                                        Sorry 2am
