My name is Bala and booked ticket on Monday 13th Nov from Bangalore to Salem.
Pickup point : 02:15 PM
but got call at 12:50Pm and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:05PM and bus going to start at 1:15PM.
Very difficult for senior citizens to go to pick up point within 15 mins without informing prior.
On the same day morning i confirmed to helpdesk about bus timings; but they did not ifnorm anything about cancellation of 2:15PM bus so we proceeded for medical appointment.

Please process for refund and we opted for another booking at same time of 2:15PM.

    I booked travel for my parents and pickup time was 02:15 PM but suddenly i got call at 12:50PM and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:10PM.

    Within 10-15 mins my parents (senior citizens) cannot go to pickup points bu driver not infoemd why bus got cancelled and arranged earlier bus quickly.

    Customer support call is not working and finally i opted another way of transportation for my parents and did not travel.

    When i called customer care they told raised some ticket for refund status but did not get any call and i know i have to followup for next 2-3 days like begging.

    They are not considering for customers problem and worries; we are booking tickets for senior citizens for their comfortable and safety.

    If possible check and arrange for refund.

      I booked my ticket and pickup point time was 02:15PM but got call at 12:50PM and asked me to come to pickup point at 1:00PM.

      This is ridiculous and i booked for my parents (senior citizens) and difficult to reach in 10 mins of time from home to pickup point.

      When I asked Driver - he don't knw anything and asked to call helpdesk which is useless and not picked call.

      I asked for refund but they denied. Still i do not knw why bus got cancelled and asked me to come at 1:05 PM.

      I did not travel and booked 5 tickets - worst experience for me and please opt for good travels for your parents.

        I am writing to file a formal complaint against the AbhiBus app for its lack of transparency regarding the cancellation policy associated with a recent bus booking. The situation is as follows:

        On [Date], I made a bus booking through the AbhiBus app for a journey scheduled for November 9th. The booking details are as follows:

        Date of Travel: 9th November
        Bus Operator: Pooja Travels
        Origin: Pune
        Destination: Wardha
        Name on the Booking: Akanksha Deotale
        Seat Number: L9
        Booking ID: AV[protected]
        The issue I am facing is that, at the time of making the reservation, I was not informed about the cancellation policy associated with this booking. As a result, I was surprised to learn that the ticket could not be canceled, as indicated by Pooja Travels, the bus operator.

        I believe that clear and readily accessible information regarding the cancellation policy is essential when booking any service. In light of this, I request that the company deduct the appropriate cancellation amount, but not the full ticket price, as the date of travel is still in the future. This aligns with industry-standard practices and would be fair and reasonable.

        However, AbhiBus has not provided a solution that accommodates this request, leading to the formal complaint to your respected forum. I believe that it is crucial to ensure transparency and fairness in the services offered to consumers. This situation highlights the importance of improving communication regarding cancellation policies during the booking process to avoid such disputes.

        I kindly request the assistance of your forum in addressing this matter and ensuring that my concerns are appropriately addressed. I am prepared to provide any necessary documentation or information to support my case.

          Bus pick-up is not properly

          Yesterday l have booked a ticket from madiwala police station to Nagercoil at jai Sai roadlinks my report time is 10 pm but I have already reached at madwala police station on 0945 pm by ola auto.Then I called to driver at 1010 pm driver said bus will reach at madiwala police station with in two minutes but bus didn't reach at madiwala police station then I called to driver but driver said bus crossed from madiwala so pls refund my ticket...

          I booked online bus ticket through abhibus with Ciry travels. Air condition is damaged, so too much cool in that seat. Whole night too much noisy and not able to sleep due to too much chilled air blowing. I informed to Abhibus customer support, but no action and I asked bus drivers, they also not take any action, talked rudely. They asked me to book new ticket, if want to change seat. Really I felt very bad condition.

          I need compensation as well, punishment to bus operator and abhibus also.

            Hi . i have booked a bus from Pooja Travels through Abhibus and booking id Av[protected] from Afzalgunj(hyderabad) to Nagpur on 26/08/2023 and ti bus no MH450AT6868 and I Obtained my Boarding point from Afzalgunj which was available stop in abhibus website... In the Evening i called bus driver to asked him where should come in afzalgunj he told me dat bus is not coming to Azalgunj n i asked him why he told dat due some traffic problems... and told me to come another stop which is some much far away to me and when i reached der n asked the concern person why did u changed my pick up point he rudely told me dat if want go board in bus r else dnt board, i wont give refund, do wtever u want, give police complaint also i dnt fear... i didnt except form these bus travels, , take suitable action against them and their phone no are [protected], [protected]

              We were supposed to board the bus at 9:40p.m at sarjapur signal . We waited till 12 :00 a.m and were in constant touch with bus operator as well as abhi bus regarding the situation. Neither of them responded properly and AbhiBus gave us free advice to choose alternate means on a Friday night where most of the buses were full and already left the arrival point. We were stranded in the middle of the night with no option but to cancel our journey and return home at that time. Even at this point, the bus operator and AbhiBus are reluctant to refund our money and asking us to wait for the bus with no ETA .The bus operator informed delay of 30mins 11:45p.m.

                I booked a ticket for guntur to chennai on 10th june 2023. Bus partner JJ Yatra, Service No:71604, Abibus booking id:AV[protected],
                Bus partner PNR:551962/ ZLIPYA0M7. Journey date 10-jun-2023. departure time-22.55. seat :9, Bus Type: Hi tech AC Pushback 000001
                boarding point:KAKANI. the driver asked to come to pick up point before 20 minutes, I reached, but as time nearing rain started, the driver number not reachable, by 23.20 when I got his number again he said he did not come into guntur left on the bypass itself. My ticket amount would be refunded automatically, I was waiting for it as it may take 3 to 7 working days. But as till now not got any raising this complaint. As it was the last bus available, missed due to my urgency travelled in lorry and reached. Hence take necessary action on the operator and refund my amout of Rs.1062.00.

                  I booked a ticket for guntur to chennai on 10th june 2023.
                  bus partner-J J Yatra, service no:71604, abhibus booking Id: AV[protected]., Bus partner PNR:551962/ZLIPYA0M7. Departure time 22.55 at KAKANI. The bus driver contacted me one hour before asked to come to point early, was waiting twenty minutes before at the point, but as time neared rain started, then drivers number not reachable. By 23.20 his number was reachable but said he did not come inside to guntur, left on the bypass, my tkt amount would be automatically refunded. I was waiting for it as it may take 3 to 7 working days. As nothing happened raising this complaint. Take necessary action on the travels and refund my money.

                      Complaint:- Chintamani travel Cabin crew Overcrowded the bus and created suffocated like situation to passengers and causing deadly environment inside the bus by overloading the bus by passenger. Very dangerous situation created by bus crew. Plz take action against owners of Chintamani Travel and AbhiBus company dangerously overcrowding bus and causing danger to lives of passenger and my 8 month old son my wife and my daughter and me also.

                        Cancellation and Refund

                        Hi,
                        I had booked a ticket from Kolhapur to Bangalore, at 3:11pm today. On contacting the travels, they had asked me to cancel my ticket since the bus delayed by 3 hours. Thereafter, on cancelling my ticket, I have not recieved a refund. I request you to reimburse the remaining amount since the cancellation was not my fault.

                        Sir I had booked a ticket in abhibus for 1:45 pm but due to emergency issue i cancelled it within 4 minutes but they gave only 400 rupees but the amount I paid is 2100 and they are giving harsh reply to me rude reply from abhi bus atleast they should refund 50 or 75 percent

                          I booked a bus ticket in abhibus via ixigo on 6th of may 2023. My trip was planned for 8th of may 2023 from Anand Vihar ISBT (New Delhi) to Gola (Gokarnath, UP) in Rahul Travels. Here are details to the bus ticket that was assigned to me.
                          Booking ID: AV[protected]
                          Service No.: Delhi-Lakhimpur
                          Seat No.: U6
                          Bus Partner PNR: TS[protected]NINL/10363

                          On 8th of may 2023, when I reached my Boarding Point i.e.; Parking No. 1, EDM MALL, Anand Vihar the bus conductor denied my entry to the assigned bus by saying "apka ticket show nahi kar raha".

                          Then he provide me a phone number and asked me to cross check with the other person. After calling, the person on call also said the same thing, and in addition he said that " shayad apka ticket cancel ho gaya hoga, galati se."

                          The conductor then told me "apke taraf se koi booking nahi hua hai, aur hum offline ticket sell kar chuke hain.

                          Then I showed him my ticket, to which he denied, stating "par ye mere system me nahi dikh Raha hai"

                          and at last I was denied to board the bus.

                          1. I lost 1174.80 INR (Ticket Cost)
                          2. They wasted my precious time.
                          3. I was forced to take the same bus by paying 1000 INR and then they provided me a seat.

                          I request a refund of total 1174.80+1000+ a compensation amount for all the hassle I went through.

                            Dear Team,

                            I tried booking bus tickets from your website. After selecting the bus and seat, I paid the amount via upi.

                            After it was successful, I got a pop up saying "sorry your seat is filled" also I got a message that it was unsuccessful and I will get a refund. Based on this information, I booked an alternative bus using my personal contact.

                            Post this, I'm getting a message from abhibus that my booking is confirmed. Plese cancel and I need the full refund immediately!

                            I called the customer support, he told he has escalated it and he requested me to write an email with screenshot of message.

                            PFA screenshots.

                            Now the customer support executive is not really helping and I get a message saying my trip is confirmed.

                            Plese resolve and initiate refund today itself.

                              I have booked a ticket from.banglore to Hyderabad for[protected], actual boarding time is 9pm but they picked up at 11pm and actual departure time is[protected].50am but the estimated departure time is 12pm. This is my worst journey experience in my overall life.

                                I an suffering with high fever . I just asked driver to stop at medical store but straight away he ignored . If my body temperature increases further then it is completely responsible by driver.
