I had cancelled the ticket on[protected] but the amount not refunded yet.I had also sent a mail to abhibus customer care. But they didn't reply to my mail They are very irresponsible.     i have booked 4 tickets from gudivada to visakhapatnam on november 25th 2014 using abhi bus.com. ticket no: 35853721, which costs Rs. 1645/-later due to unavoidable circumstances i have cancelled 2 tickets on december 2nd with ticket cancellation no: 35853721 and on december 3rd i have cancelled the remaining 2 tickets also with ticket no: 36029578 till now i.e., after 15 days of cancellation i did not get any refund to my debit card. when i tried to check with customer care of apsrtc as well as abhi bus, the response is very poor. i request you to plz look into the matter and arrange my refund as soon as possible.

      I booked tickets from delhi to shimla worths rs3600 from abhibus.com got confirmation but the operators number was a fake, i reachedthe boarding poinT and came to know that no such bus or operator exist and was a fake. I called Hundreads of time but they only made me wait for 10minutes each so Came to a total of 2.5Hrs still didnt beleived me and only wasted my money and time. i requested again and again to refund my money but they Just denied And finally when i had no alternative ride They called and told me that i will get full refund after 7days What shall i do. Waited their till morning wasted 3000rs of My hotel at shimla due to there fault. And Still no refund

        Team, I've cancelled a ticket booked through abhibus on 26 Nov 2014 and the amount is suppose to be credited in 5 days and the amount is not CREDITED. When i called the customer care guys around 1st December they asked me to wait for few days and called them again. I've called them again around 5th December and they asked me to send the details through email to [protected]@abhibus.com and i've sent the details and didn't hear back from them for around 2 days (even after sending reminders). I've called them on 8th DEC and they told that they didn't receive any email from me (even i didn't receive any failure notice)and asked me to send it again. I've sent it again and they reverted back to me with the complaint number 229063. There is no progress till then and they are simply saying that wait for one more day since they didnt get update from CC AVENUES TEAM. Finally when i spoke to them today they asked me to wait till next monday which will be 15th DEC 2014. So, for a cancelled refund amount to be credited back will it take around 20 days?? Will it take more than 3 days for the CCAVENUE team to check on one single issue?

        I made payment through Google pay UPI ID..Amount got deducted from my bank account and ticket was not booked...ccavenue payment gate way recevied amount but still no refund processed.
        I tried to book bus ticket on 07/4/2019.
        I made payment through card ..Amount got deducted from my bank account and ticket was not booked...ccavenue payment gate way recevied amount but still no refund processed. customer care guys are responding

          Hello Team, I have booked a ticket(TID:2725966) to VRL Travels through ABHIBUS As i was carrying carton boxes the bus driver didn't allow me to board the bus saying to leave the luggage on the roadside and travel if i want to.Inspite of repeated request he simply said no and left the place Later when i informed the same to the customercare of Abhibus they say that luggage above 25kgs is not allowed.Icalearly quoted that the luggage is not above 25kgs, its just the carton box that i carried because of which the driver didnt allow me to board the bus Abhibus people sais that they couldnot get the approval from VRL people & hence they cannot refund my amount Without any mistake of mine i have lost my diwali day & 1300Rs of bus ticket and was left all alone on the road in heavy rain The customersupport of Abhibus has told me to do whaever i can but they are not ready to refund the amount without mentioning these restrictions (rules & regulations)in their website For no mistake i have lost my precious time & celebration with family which is 1000kms away (From Bangalore to ravulapalem) Request you to please do the needfull Its not for the money i want justice, its just to teach such a lesson and for their worst response that nobody can take any action towards them Regards, Devi

            I had booked the ticket from abhibus.com of MD Travels bus. I was given time of 9:30 pm to come at ramadevi chauraha. I reached there at 9:20 pm, standing there and waiting for bus to come, even tried multiple times to call the md travels on the numbers given by abhibus.com . Two numbers were coming as wrong number and the one coming as busy always. I was keep trying to try the number in every min. There was no call from either the bus operator or some one from Md travels . Then around 10:40 some one picks up the call from Md travels, and i asked him to when would bus arrive. And the answer i got is that u were not present at the place given and your bus is already left. Even though i did not get any call from the operator. I was waiting at the place from 9:20 pm at looking at every bus passing through . What else can i do more? Then i talked to abhibus for the same. After 2 days i got the response that u can talk to bus operator, there is no refund in case of bus is on time.

              Booked 3 Orange Bus tkts in OTT 6 for B'lore - Hyd dtd. 28.10.'14, full 10 days in advance @ Rs. 1550 each. On jrny date OTT6 was cancelled and we were accommodated in service OTT 24. Later found that in OTT 24 fare is @ Rs. 1300. Hence, I am eligible for a refund of Rs. 250 per ticket. The amount may be refunded to me ASAP.                 I had booked paulo travels from mumbai to kolhapur via abhibus.com When I tried to board the bus, the bus driver said my booking is in another bus. Then i waited for some more time for another bus to come. But it did not. Then I called paulo travels bandra office guy, he said my booking was in the same bus. Then he accepted the mistake and arranged my seats in another bus which came at boarding location at 12.30 am which was scheduled to pick the passengers stuck up at kalamboli due to another bus breakdown of same operator. After hardly 5 mins of journey same bus also got break down. All passengers waited for some time and when got angry over driver, he simply ran away. There was no response from paulo. The same complaint i have registered in Abhibus but they are saying that there is response from Paulo travels side.

                    Hi, My name is Lavanya from chennai. Since[protected] we was booked bus ticket in AbhiBus.com (Chennai - Coimbatore) and bus service is Leeya Travels. And bus pickup point was they gave some options and we was selected place at Egmore chennai on during ticket booking time. But after one person called us from Leeya travels and he said " they won't come and pick me from at Egmore point and asked me come to Koyambedu Bus stand". then i requested to him " Sir i am single girl and unable to come alone Koyambedu bus stand". Leeya Travels person said '' they will give full refund to you for this ticket and choose other bus". For your refence herewith, i have attached bus ticket. Please check the attachment. On same day i was contact to AbhiBus customer care and asked full refund. Then gave me one complaint no "215368" and money will credit to booked account within 5 working days. But still i am not receiving money from them. Everyday i have called to Abhibus, but they did give proper response. I request you, Please help me to receive my money. Thanks Advance. Lavanya

                      I had booked ticket online from website www.abhibus.com/ Travel - Sanjay travels Journey from Dhule to Mumbai *Ticket id[protected]* *PNR[protected]* The time to report at boarting time was 11.35 pm and bus arrival time is 11.50pm But I was waiting at boarding point till 2.20 am night, bus didnt came. I called to the Sanjay travels at around 12.15 am, first time they said that bus is delay for 2 hours and cut the call so I called them immediately for more information; they told on second call that bus is on time. Then after 20 min I called them again but no one picked up the call, so I called to the Abhibus customer care, got replied from support agent that he dont have any tracking system as well as details of the travel agent. After 1.30 am Again I called to the Abhibus customer care asking for driver number, then your support agent provided one number (who was'nt provided in previous call). I had called so many times that driver but no one was picking the call. So by waiting till 2.30 am in the night time on highway with my husband and brother I return back to the home. Because of this bus issue I missed my Docotors appoint which is in Mumbai (Cost 2500 Rs) also faced mentle tress of waiting on highway midnight with brother and husband. I registered complaint over phone on the same night at around 2.30am, my complaint ID is 208742 and the name of support agent is Shrikant. Then after not getting any response for this complaint, I again registered complaints. The complaint id's are 208979, 208742 Abhibus replied for one complaint that they will give me coupon of charge Rs 500, but my ticket cost is 800 Rs. When I replied them that I want refund of 800 Rs in cash instead of 500 Rs coupon; they replied that they will not pay anything for this.

                          I booked bus Ticket from Hyderabad to bhubaneswar on 13 Sept on AbhiBus.com. The bus was Praveen Travels. It costed me Rs.1420 and seat confirmation was sent to me along with the bus ticket to my email address. Date of Journey being 24 Sept at 3:20, I reached the venue on time. When called on the mobile no given on the ticket, the person said that the Bus services were stopped 15 days ago and to contact the person from where you booked the ticket. I called AbhiBus.com customer care and they said that you would have been contacted for the cancellation, if not we regret for the inconvenience caused and will refund your amount. I was in complete shock as I did not receive any calls, sms or any emails from either of them. As I was Shifting my complete luggage from Hyd to BBSR I did not had anywhere to go. I was mentally and physically harassed at that time for the negligence of Abhibus.com. Anyhow I managed to get into Kesineni and travelled till bhubaneswar by sitting into a chair for 22 hours. Please help me in getting justice in this case as I have suffered a lot and need Explanation and Compensation from Abhibus.com Please Contact me on[protected]

                            Dear Concerned Supervisor & Manager, I have booked two one way bus tickets on 07th Sept 2014, through your website for Katyayni tours from Delhi to Shimla, Seat No:19 & 20 in favour of my Wife & Mother scheduled for boarding at 21:30hrs from RK Ashram metro station. Booking ID : TS-ABB10155917UTP They reached the boarding spot by 20:35 hrs & tried calling the Bus conductor numbers [protected]/ [protected] as given in SMS e-ticket received post booking confirmation. To our surprise, telecall reply received on the first number was "Out of service" and the other number came switched off. Fearing the possibility of missing the bus, enquiry with the other local bus operators were made but all efforts were in vain. At 21:00 hrs we called up Abhibus customer care number : [protected] to get the driver details. The situation became more absurd when Mr. Satish from customer care tried calling the Head office of Katayayni tours & was not successful himself in reaching them out. I must highlight the fact, being a service providing entity like yours the contact numbers & details of other providers with whom you are working should atleast be updated & answerable. As a providers if you are not able to reach the tours operating with you, kindly think the mental & physical status of passengers like ours those who simply get stranded at places where no means of conveyance or others modes were provided Its a pity, we waited for the bus till 22:10 hrs in such a bad condition & expecting some positive revert from Customer care associate (Mr. Satish) who kept promising to call back. My family members were completely deserted in the middle of the road at RK Ashram gate. I continuously, contacted the customer care incharge Mr Satish & Sriniwasan, he too tried calling the Katyayni agent. Mr Satish too face the similar problem she faced. Why do you keep such a irresponsible agents & operators. who can't even keep his mobile on to guide the passenger. Useless agents & Bus operators, . The persons from customer care kept saying, they will do some arrangement. but nothing happen from you end. My family members got a chance to seek the help from local policeman on patrolling service as the boarding area was filled up completely with non-social elements around. its really very very pathetic situation for us with Abhibus website & Katayayni tours. I need you to take strict action on both side. People at Abhibus.com are not doing any charity service. we are paying you for the service. but irresponsible, unconcern nature of the workers or agents/operators. Money is not all life needs instead safety & security of the passengers relying on service providers like yourself should be top priority. I want justification & explanation towards the TRAUMA that was faced by both the lady passengers as their safety was compromised due to pathetic & careless operators being appointed. Who would have been responsible if some unfortunate situation would have aroused???? Is this the way you take care of the passengers as customer care persons were also behaving as if it was a routine situation for them.. Mr. Sriniwasan from Abhibus care has assured Refunding of money & detailed explanation of the case & lodged complaint in the system. Complaint number is 210447.                             I want justification & explanation towards the TRAUMA that was faced by both the lady passengers as their safety was compromised due to pathetic & careless operators being appointed. Who would have been responsible if some unfortunate situation would have aroused????                             Bad service is being provided by Abhi Bus Customer case, to check for case which is pending with them for last one Month they need the entire day to check that.

                            I already got a call from Abhi Bus assosciate 15 days back that my money will be refunded but now its 1 month still the money is not been transferred in my account. I would never ever recommended anyone to use Abhi Bus service

                              Last month i'e.,[protected], i had booked ticket from chennai to kadapa from abhibus and money has been deducted from my account. But seat was not booked and confirmed by abhi bus. I made call to your's customer care and given complaint regarding of this. They said money will be refundable with 5-6 bussiness days and given reference No: o_5036912. But till money is not yet refundable from abhi bus. This not fare to being like this. Right abhi bus customer care persons are saying we don't have any details of those transactions. May i know does you pupil / abhibus refunding money to my or not ?...

                                Hi Team, I have registered one complaint on 15aug2014 with complain number 202920 . And still not getting my money refund, called several times to your customer care but no positive response coming. I have booked three tickets from delhi to katra for 14 Aug 2014 from abhibus.com( Inder Volvo) . Bus has started after 3 hr from scheduled departure and breakdown after two hours near sonipat/karnal . we wait 6hours for alternate bus or to get repaired the same bus but no response from Inder tour and travels and abhibus. finaly driver told us that bus will not go further. Bus Number was UP-14DT- 8001 So we hire our personal taxi with approx triple amount of the bus fare. I need refund of my three tickets. It was a worst experience with abhibus.com pathetic service of travel company.

                                I was also on this Bus that day 14Aug2014, Delhi to Katra, and i am calling Abhibus customer care several time, everytime they are saying it will take two more days but nothing happening, no refund providing by them.

                                  Dear sir, 30.07.2014 kesineni travels bus from Manipal to Hyderabad was cancelled due to service breakdown 89427027 is the OTP for cancellation of PNR 0E5B1D initiated for service break down. I had claimed the refund on 2nd August to your customer care division and I was told that the amount would be refunded within 1 week. However, ever after a lapse of 21 days the refund has not I have called umpteem number of times to customer care No.[protected] but no one lifts the phone.                                     Hello I searched for Hyderabad to Anaparthi and able to see three travels (Sri Bhargavi Travels, Om Sairam Travels and Megana Travels) on booking page with different fares (520, 750, 560). I booked tickets by chossing Om Sairam travels which is high cost 750 since i thought bus will be very good condition rather than other travels (Sri bhargavi and megana). I wondered that i got a confirmed message from Abhibus as my Bus is Sri bhargavi Travels however there is no Om Sairam Travels bus operating on that route. The actual cost of sri bhargavi is 520 but Abhibus and Om Sairam travels agents cheating customers by charging Rs 230 extra without operating bus. Displaying fake name without bus operating on that route and charging customers without noticing the actual operator's name while booking online. I tried several times to reach customer service but no phone got answered after continues voice message being played. If they do not show fake name (Om Sairam travels), i would have booked Sri Bhargavi travels (Rs 520) and did not loss Rs 460 on two tickets. TID: TS-ABB9875074THT DOJ: 18-08-14 Can they refund my loss? Shall i log a complaint to cyber crime department as well? I have attached the similar booking search for 20th Aug where Om Sairam travels is fake name and if you book ticket on that you will receive ticket for Bhargavi travels. Thanks Padmakumar

                                      I have never seen such a USELESS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, which charging 1 rupee 20 paise per minute, you have to wait 3 minutes or more to wait in queue. After 3 minutes call automatically disconnected. I have called many times on this no. [protected], But still no response nor they are not giving any email reply. Its waist thing, no SERVICE then also FULL CHARGING. I want my full money refund.

                                        I booked a bus tickets(for 2 persons) on 6th Aug for Bangalore to Hyderabad trip dated 14th Aug via Abhibus.com(Diwakar Travels). Service number: DT100A PNR Nos :ABRS3021255, ABRS2021313. My money got deducted from my account and i got Mobile ticket conformation but our names not in their list and driver said bus cancelled which one we booked. Tried reaching out to customer care through mail and telephone but no response from them. No support and very bad service. Request for complete refund of deducted amount.
