My booked bus booking was cancelled by travel agency and it has been more then 2 weeks but i didn't recieve any refund yet. Raised complaint with Abhi bus no one has responded even after sending multiple reminders.

    My issue is as follows-

    This is regarding Booking ID AU[protected]. I cancelled my tickets due to change of plans and clearly clicked on the option refund to "original mode of payment".

    Yet, the refund was made to my Abhicash account instead of via gpay which was my original mode of payment. And this Abhicash amount is not redeemable and only usable for booking bus tickets. As a customer who hardly books bus tickets. Now I am stuck in the vicious cycle of trying to use up this money by booking bus tickets (a mode of transportation I don't prefer and the one travel I did via my one and only Abhibus booking has been a bad experience)

    I don't wish to use up this money trying to book bus tickets. And why should I do that. It is not my fault. Not even in a single place was the fact that the amount will be refunded as Abhibus cash mentioned. What the company is doing is misleading the customer with the way they are presenting their information. It will not be wrong to say it is fraudulent behaviour.

    I want the existing Abhicash amount of Rs. 3285.52 in my account to be refunded to my bank account. The entire situation is absolutely frustrating and I want a resolution.

      We booked a ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore 23.10.2022. on boarding time worst bhehaviour of driver for on small cotton box they charged 800/- they didn't given a slip and after 2 kilometrs distance they stopped the bus and started like went out the bus if are not pay money we will throw-out your luggage.

      We raised a complaint immediatly 76951 but didn't taken any action, and Abhibus custmor service manager supporting the driver.

        Meri bus booking thi jo ki maine abhibus ke dwara ki thi nagpur se indore ke liye nagpur se bus 10:40pm par nikalni thi lekin bus aayi 12:10 am par hamara luggage thoda jyada tha aur cunductor ne bola ki ye saman apka ham nahi le ja sakty ham itna sara saman chodkar nahi ja sakty thy itni rat ko ham saman kaha rakhty kya karte hamara us sehar me koi nahi tha jisko ham ye saman de sakty hamne bus walo ko kaha apke pass neechy space nahi hai to hamara saman aap upar rakh lo or jo bhi charge ho extra wo aap le lo parantu unhone samaan rakhne ko mana kar diya or hamko chorkar chaly gaye hamare 3890 rs ka loss hogaya please hamari problem ko solve kare or refund dilaya jaye hamko badi mushkil se kamaty hai ham mehnat karke please refund karwaye

          Recently I booked a bus from Vishakapatnam to Bengaluru on 13/10/22 in bus booking app 'abhi bus' and the travels partner is Komitla translines bus no.PY 01CY 7994 and the seat booked beside the emergency exit which has no lock and making so much of noise when I took this issue to the notice of the driver and the cleaner they responded in a rude way without resolving the issue.

            They are charging heavy cancellation charges and they said free cancellation within 1 hour but they did not give free cancellation

                  Hi,

                  I, Durga Prasad, reserved a ticket with AbhiBus Booking ID: AU[protected] from Hyderabad to Srikakulam for my mother and my brother. The bus didn't come on time. It came 2 hours late and the bus was a normal one. They said that they will transfer to the Main bus at LB Nagar. But they didn't. The bus suddenly stopped and all the bolts and nuts become loose. The bus has only one driver and no extra driver or cleaner. He said that he will drive to Vishakapatnam on the same bus and he didn't seem to be in good condition. So we were worried and got down from the bus at Hayath Nagar. So we didn't even travel 20km. Police also came there and talk with the Jagan Travels. The travels said that they provide the refund. But I didn't receive any confirmation from the travel agency or Abhi bus. I talked with the customer care of Abhi bus and registered a complaint. I always receiving the messages like "Please allow us some time to address your complaint". It has been almost one month but there is no progress. Could you please help and make sure the refund would process?

                      I booked the ticket from Hyderabad to Bangalore. But the service canceled by bus partner . I did not received the proper communication for the same.
                      And finally Abhibus is not refunded the full amount which I paid for this ticket.

                      These guys service is worst and their response is also very worst and slow. Finally not happy with their customer care service too.

                          I booked a bus ticket on 26th July 2022 through mobikwik upi payment of Rs. 648.17.
                          Ticket not booked and amount also not reversed back.
                          Order number OB73622848JA.
                          One of their support team has asked me to raise dispute against the bank.
                          But the Bank replied me that the credit to the beneficiary
                          was successful and they need to process the refund for payment.

                              I have booked a ticket from basti to Chandigarh from Abhi bus App.after some times they send me a message that due to some technical issues in the bus we have to cancel your ticket, and they said that your money will be refunded to your account within 2 days .my booking ID AU[protected].but today they send me a message that your 35.98 rupees processed to your account.I have spent 1936 rupees for that ticket and they are giving me only 35.98 rupees.There is no mistakes from my side so I want my full money back

                                  I've done the booking from Hyderabad to Bangalore for 7th Sunday at 9:30pm at Secunderabad old Passport office as my boarding point. But no bus operators reached me and I've already called them couple of times service Boarding point and operator confirmed me to wait at Boarding point. I've waited for and try to reach them they are disconnecting my call finally driver answered my call and asking me to come to Arramanjali stop near Lakdikapool. They missed to call me and asking me to come to Lakdikapool. I'm trying to call you are disconnecting. I've done booking from Secunderabad as my boarding point. Driver is saying I'm the Owner of the bus, it mistakenly happened he asking me to come to Lakdikapool. Otherwise cancel your booking like that he is speaking. If not picking me up from Old passport office, you have to attend infront of court. Call me back.I have to attend my office tomorrow due to Emergency. otherwise You have to face Leagal obligations otherwise..but finally driver said to me that come in auto and not possible to setup the pickup from the booking point.otherwise we will cancel your trip you will get refund one or three days.Such a disgusting service during this rainy season waited more than an hour and finally asked me to come to different location which is 10kms for from the boarding point. Useless Service worst operators, Arrangant behavior with passanger response not good and . I need the refund back to me and need penalty for absence of my duty as well because of their mistake.

                                    I had booked a bus from Delhi to Mohali on 5.07.2022 through Railyatri movile app. PNR:AU[protected], DOJ: 16.07.2022. The ticket was cancelled by travel partner Abhibus.com
                                    A refund of Rs 996.45 was to be credited to my bank account which has not bee received yet. Please look into the matter.

                                      I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Ballari but then canceled the ticket because I mistakenly booked on wrong date. Its been already a week I canceled my ticket by I haven't received any refund amount. It's very worst booking site n worst management system.
                                      Refund my amount fast.

                                        I am very disappointed with your 25% or maximum 25 rupees use of abhi cash. i have 850 rupees in my abhicash and that expiring in august. how can i use this cash in very less time. this is very bad marketing strategy to connect with customer i am uninstalling this app now go and party with my 850 cash.
