I booked online bus ticket through abhibus with Ciry travels. Air condition is damaged, so too much cool in that seat. Whole night too much noisy and not able to sleep due to too much chilled air blowing. I informed to Abhibus customer support, but no action and I asked bus drivers, they also not take any action, talked rudely. They asked me to book new ticket, if want to change seat. Really I felt very bad condition.
I need compensation as well, punishment to bus operator and abhibus also. Was this information helpful? |
