Abhibus Services India — bus ticket booked and service cancelled without intimation | |
I have booked a ticket in ashoka travels from hyderabad to rajampet on 30th july 2019 via abhi bus app. As per scheduled borading time i reached my point and waited for 2 hours and was continuosly trying to reach travel helpline numbers but noone responded. After 2 hours i spoke to abhi bus customer care and they said service is cancelled but i didn't get any message/call from anyone about cancellation. It was an emergency travel plan for me but all of sudden they cancelled without any info and i had to come by own transport (cab) which was 8000 cost INR. I don't know how they are irresponsible like this on service cancellation and no info to passengers. I would like to complaint aginst ashoka travels and abhi bus.
