Hi, I had booked a ticket from Kolhapur to Bangalore, at 3:11pm today. On contacting the travels, they had asked me to cancel my ticket since the bus delayed by 3 hours. Thereafter, on cancelling my ticket, I have not recieved a refund. I request you to reimburse the remaining amount since the cancellation was not my fault. Dear Team Abhibus,

I am feeling very sad to inform you the bad condition of bus. This has become one of the worst experience of bus travel from Delhi to Lucknow with your partner Chintamani Travel.
There bus is poor on hygiene, poor on cleaning, worst on customer experience.
I have gone through miserable situation in this bus.
Plz stop suggesting Chintamani travel to your customers.

Staff misbehaving and very abusive.

This bus is pathetic.
