Hi Team,
Unfortunately I have to cancel my trip due to loss of a person and I would not be travelling. But I see that refund amount shows "0" for AbhiBus Booking ID : AU[protected].
I did had a word with the one of you representative last night (12-May) and got the information that the amount cannot be refunded even we are cancelling before 48 Hours. The amount is ₹3538, which is huge. I also requested for to cut the Cancellation charges if you have any and give the rest of the amount. But she still said No. She has also raised a complaint with the Case # [protected] and said that I will get a call from the Supervisor or Higher Management. But none called till now.
I called back to Abhibus as I did not receive any call from them. The agent did not give a resolution and she dropped the call.
Is this something that ABHIBUS is looting people with the hard earn money of the customer.
Please give my money back.
