Abhibus Services India — Complaint about a trip which I did not taken.

On 24th May 2025 i was supposed to board the KNR tours and travels bus from Kalasiya bus stop for OOTY and was scheduled for 9:30 pm. At 8 pm i got the message that bus will start at 8:30 pm but at that time i was stuck in Bangalore traffic and could not board the bus at 8:30 pm. I have loaged the complaint in Abhi Bus regarding this on the same day and they informed us to take alternate bus and we will refund this later in 24-48 hours. After 2 days wait, i again called them and they were saying like bus operator is not responding wait for 24 hours. After 2 days again i called and they were saying it will be resolved in next 24 hours. Next day again i called and was informed please wait for another 24 hours. Next day again i called and was informed that be patient, it will be resolved by today EOD. And now at last today after 2 days they called and informed me that bus operator informed them that i have requested for the bus pickup change and i boarded the bus. With this pathetic behavior i would like to inform you that please ban Abhi bus from further travel booking and pay my refund amount along with compensation for the harassment.
