Abhibus Services India — issue with renugambal travels and abhibus

Booked ticke from vellore to tirupati in renugambal travels through abhibus. Bus and timing is 4.15am to 6.30am. Got confirmation from abhibus but dint get any response from operate. So called abhibus customer care to resolve the issue but no one is responding simply asking to wait. I request to cancel and refund the money so that i can travel by other transportation because i need to be in destination by 8am. But they are saying no refunds we can provide you need to bare the delay. Am totally upset by the way they have communicated with me. That's why it triggeered me to raise this complaint. As a consumer of india am not feeling good with this response. Kindly do the needful
