[Resolved]  Abhibus Services India — My money was deducted for failed transacation but ticket is not generated money also not refund back to my account

I tried booked the ticket on 2nd Jan 2017 and got failed, but for failure transactions also money has been deducted twice .daily when i am calling abhi bus customer care executives they putting me long time hold and not retrieving my call back.every time it is connecting to too different people and need to explain the situation.Even the support team is not responding to mails..its a very bad service.
