I booked a bus ticket From Dilsukhnagar to Tadepalligudem for the date 27/12/2021 from abhibus But bus ticket is confirmed as well as I have paid the ticket amount then there was no bus service on that day I made many times to talk with a customer centre to get support and help around 01:00 clock AM, no one attend my call to solve the issue not only this customer care center Orange bus call center also which ticket is booked with the company . Bus service number: OTT201, dated 27/12/2021, Boarding time 11:30 pm at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.

Updated by Yadla Gatodharudu Refund the amount which is I paid to travel from Dilsukhnagar to Tadepalligudem because of they did not provide any bus service but they issued confirm ticket with bus service number but no bus, no one attend the call which contact number has given to me.
