We booked a ticket from abhi bus in the month of december, we got a message that bus got cancelled. We called for refund many times and we are asked to cancel the ticket and site did not allow us to cancel the ticket. We called many times and there is no proper response of refund. How many times we need to call you guys for refund of 750/- today i was asked to send the screenshot of message which was received from tsrtc service. What is the case if i delete it? Why there is so much delay, it is causing us to loose trust on abhibus.
I have sent mail to support team as well, but there is no response, case no:[protected]

Abhibus app providers we're cheating the customers with their advertisements on offers. Cash back promo balance is worthless and useless. Unable to use the promo balance for next booking.. cheap service.
