Abhibus asked me for the feedback, i replied on that
they send ticket ID 458245, still now no one approached, its more than 4day's
regarding bus changed & seat change without any info on that, even time got changed, 21:30 to 22:45
after all this the time changes they called & told us about this
& still 23:15 a drama was went around on this
still today no one approached on this issue after the complaint
i sent a couple of mails three days back,
simply iam getting the system generated mails only
Situation faced in the hebbal bustop @11:10pm
i begged him, iam travelling lonely, how can i take the 23:10 bus, that too seat no 39, i requested at least for seat change
he said there is no option, are you ok or not, because bus is arriving in couple of minutes to that stop& he said ladies will not be ready to sit with gents seat
how can he suggest that, really don't know whats he thinking
don't he know how to handle the situation
then there is no point of safety, for lady, travelling alone
he is not ready to help on that
note : its better to provide a lady assistance, for helping the women
the complete failure is from the Abhibus, no proper communication
abhibus said, we are sorry currently we had nothing to do on the bus & time change, on cancellation also u r not getting the full amount.
