I have booked a bus on december itself to go for sankranti. I don't know what politics they have done they cancelled bus service and informed me just 4 days before i travel. Now the same falicitated bus costs 1500, i booked bus for 400 rs/- they didn't even refund the full amount the actual amount was 800 for 2 tcks they were giving me 780 what is the use

What the people are gaining here, they cancelled the bus and firing on people. If costumer cancels a bus they charge 50% charge what if they cancel service of a bus???

I tried to book ticket on 20th January but its got cancelled automatically after deducting amount from my account. And there is no response from concerned department. and my Contact number is [protected] and customer supporting department saying that your number is wrong.
