I have cancelled 2 tickets from KALYANADURGAM to BANGALORE.
One ticket on 16th and other on 19 th of October.
But the amount has not been credited in my account.
As I have called to your customer care number, they said that "Your amount has be credited to ykur bank account within 5 to 7 bank working days..From our end, the refund has initiated", but nearly 10 days have been completed..
I have called to the customer care today and they replied as to contact your bank about the refund process..
How can i contact to the bank and why should I?
Its your responsibility to contact and let me know the status of the refund.
I have called to your abhibus team nearly 3 times regarding this issue but th issue has not at all sorted.
This is not the right way to treat a customer.
If you people do like this, you might lose your potential customers.
Hope a speed responce be acknowledged on this issue.
