Abhibus Services India — refund not processed | |||
I have booked a ticket (Booking id : as[protected]) from vijayawada to bangalore on 10th of may 2020 through abhibus for the journey on 20th may 2020. The service has been cancelled and the ticket cancellation happened on 12th of may 2020. However, i haven't received my refund amount of rs. 5767.20 yet. I have called abhibus customer care and raised complaint several times. I have even registered complaint regarding this on abhibus website. No one is responding properly. I have sent email with all the details to [protected]@abhibus.com. Still no response. The service and response is pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||
