I have made a payment of 960 on 20th of this month. The payment went through and money was deducted. But abhibus web page said amount payed as zero. I called abhibus cs and was advised that I'll get refund in 5 working days. However HDFC bank informed that payment was successful from there end. They would only provide refund if you guys give me written confirmation. I contacted abhibus 5 times. This time agent said she'll escalate to other team and they will drop email. No response. I contacted again. An agent simply disconnected call. This was very poor customer service!! Again I called back only to receive this email address. Please help.
I have send third email to abhibus. I get an automated response, then later an agent would ask some questions. I will reply but that is all. No one respond for the second time. I am not sure what SLA you guys have, but trust me this the worst experience I have ever had. Hoping someone will help me. This is 11th day after my payment (7th working day). I have provided all the required details below.
