I booked bus tickets 40mins before departure on the online app of abhibus from pullivendala to bangalore but the software took it as bangalore to pullivendala. An amount of ₹1, 740 was paid online and on checking the booked tickets it showed bangalore to pullivendala while i booked it vice versa. I called the customer service number of abhibus and told them the problem. They agreed it to be the mistake of the software but did not refund the money claiming that before 1hour of departure no amount of money can be refunded, being th mistake of their software.
