Abhibus Services India — refund process not completed

Dear concern,

I have booked a ticket on[protected]:45 pm. But unfortunately ksrtc bus was not came. So we have contacted ksrtc and the have told that to cancel my ticket in the app itself. The i have cancelled the ticket in the app. I have got mail regarding refund process (Case no:[protected]). By till date no payment was done.
I hope it would resolve at the earliest.

I have booked two tickets from abhibus of gsrtc from Ahmedabad to Morbi on 21/01/2018. TIME 8.33pm PNR NO G18479752 . I request for cancellation but they refuse for refund. What I have to do?
