[Resolved]  Abhibus Services India — refund processed as per abhibus but 16 days completed but refund not credited in bank account

Have placed a complaint against service failure. Initial response we're awesome. They send 2 mail. 1. States on 14th refund processed. 2. States on 16th refund processed. But no amount has been credited to my account. Has send bank statement as proof and is doing follow up from 4th jan'18 onwards till date no resolution. After calling on a daily basis don't know the courtesy to check with account department or to update customer with the updates. Promises call back by call center which never happened.
