My issue is as follows-
This is regarding Booking ID AU[protected]. I cancelled my tickets due to change of plans and clearly clicked on the option refund to "original mode of payment".
Yet, the refund was made to my Abhicash account instead of via gpay which was my original mode of payment. And this Abhicash amount is not redeemable and only usable for booking bus tickets. As a customer who hardly books bus tickets. Now I am stuck in the vicious cycle of trying to use up this money by booking bus tickets (a mode of transportation I don't prefer and the one travel I did via my one and only Abhibus booking has been a bad experience)
I don't wish to use up this money trying to book bus tickets. And why should I do that. It is not my fault. Not even in a single place was the fact that the amount will be refunded as Abhibus cash mentioned. What the company is doing is misleading the customer with the way they are presenting their information. It will not be wrong to say it is fraudulent behaviour.
I want the existing Abhicash amount of Rs. 3285.52 in my account to be refunded to my bank account. The entire situation is absolutely frustrating and I want a resolution. Was this information helpful? |
