When booked ticket using AbhiBus app in my mobile for one of my female relative, gender shown in the app was female. However the gender was changed to male and the next seat which was supposed to be either booked by a female or empty was booked by a male.
Strange thing is that when I called the customer care, they said that during booking it was given as male, however in the mobile app it clearly stated as 'Female'.
Seems like the operators does not want to leave an empty seat and AbhiBus has some sort of agreement with the bus operators and they are internally changing the gender to male and in turn complaining back at the customers that customers did the mistake while booking.'
This really caused inconvenience and really not sure why the AbhiBus is doing like this and what ;s their intention by playing with ordinary people lives and causing mental tension. Wont be using AbhiBus at all. Shame!! Was this information helpful? |
