I had booked a GSRTC bus ticket from Rajkot to Dwarka (PNR - G13478653, Trip Code - 2000ABDDWKSLP30) for 24/10/2016 at 00:30 AM for my brother. My brother was not allowed to board the bus. According to conductor, his name was not there in the list of passenger and already seat is been reserved by another passenger. I immediately called up abhibus customer care, they assured me that this issue will be resolved in 48 hours and i was asked to do some alternate arrangement for transport. My brother had a medical appointment at dwarka, he had to an alternate arrangement for travel in night 1:30 AM. He almost paid triple amount of the bus ticket to reach dwarka on time.
I have not got any response from abhibus its been 4 days now, I have even raised a compliant via Email (ticket # 442185). I am shocked to see the negligence and carelessness by abhibus. Instead of my brother if some gal would be travelling by same bus and would not allowed to board the bus, who would be responsible for security? This is not acceptable behavior.
I am planning to lodge a complaint in consumer forum, I am not raising this complaint for money. I am raising it for their carelessness and negligence, no other passenger should suffer like my brother.
