Always booking the ticket to one day prior to the date of journey selected and customer service team is really giving hard time when i spoke with them about the issue. Wanted to know the possibilities what way i can fight with them?
I have a screen share captured video where it explains about the issue with date selection. I have been struggling to get proper justification from abhibus whereas, they are really not worrying about the issue and they are saying every time a new answer. Its around 10+ times i approached them for the proper information but, failed to get the justice. Please let me know what are the possibilities that i can teach them a lesson as, i dont want this to happen to any other customers like me. Was this information helpful? |
