I, Shaik Aliya Banu, booked a bus ticket through AbhiBus on[protected] and made the payment of ₹ 733 via [payment method – UPI]. The amount was successfully debited from my account (payment reference no: [[protected]]).
However, the booking was not confirmed, and I did not receive any ticket or booking ID. I immediately contacted AbhiBus customer support, and they acknowledged the failed booking and assured that the refund would be processed within 2 to 7 working days.
My concern is that I urgently need to travel, and due to this delay in refund, I am unable to book another ticket. This has caused me financial hardship and inconvenience.
I request the authorities to take immediate action to ensure that my refund is processed at the earliest, and I also seek compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused due to the service failure.
