Abhibus Services India — Unable to cancel ticket as unable to travel

Abhi bus informed they cannot cancel ti cket as per their policy . This is like cheating a customer and hiding things and cannot provide refund even cancelling before 2 days of travel.If a customer is unable to travel then they should be able to cancel any ticket.
