Legal Notice Regarding Wrong Bus Booking, Misbehave, Travel Miscommunication, and Refund Request

Dear Sirs,

I Lala malak, am issuing this legal notice regarding the serious inconvenience, financial loss, and mental and physical distress caused to my uncle due to your negligent and misleading travel services.

On 23/05/2025 i booked a bus ticket a bus ticket through Abhi bus for travel from Ahmedabad to Prayagraj.
the next day 24/05/2025 morning they informed bus reschedule. and again i booked ticket to 25/05/2025 from Ahmedabad to Prayagraj. The booking was confirmed with this route. However, upon boarding, I discovered that the actual bus was scheduled to go from **Ahmedabad to Gorakhpur**, not Prayagraj.

This error was not only misleading but caused **major disruption to our travel plans**, including an unexpected additional journey from Gorakhpur to Prayagraj. Due to your incorrect ticketing and lack of communication, I was forced to purchase an extra bus ticket from **Gorakhpur to Prayagraj** at my own expense.

Most importantly, my 60 Year-old uncle, a senior citizen, had to walk nearly **6 kilometers in the summer heat** to catch the second bus—causing him severe physical discomfort and mental stress. This act of negligence on your part is unacceptable and amounts to harassment and deficiency in service.

I have **proof of the original messages and confirmations** showing the route mismatch and the inconvenience caused.

Accordingly, I hereby demand the following within **2 days** of receipt of this notice:

- A **full refund of the original bus ticket fare (Ahmedabad to Prayagraj)**
- Reimbursement of the **Gorakhpur to Prayagraj** travel fare
- A written apology for the physical and mental hardship caused to my senior family member

If you fail to respond or act within this stipulated period, I shall be constrained to initiate **appropriate legal proceedings** against you for recovery of the refund, compensation, and costs under applicable provisions of the **Consumer Protection Act, 2019** and other relevant laws, without further reference to you.

You are advised to treat this matter with utmost seriousness
