This is satheesh.i was holding an ABN AMRO credit card which was issued in the year 2005 I was not using this card since I had other banks credit cards.In the year 2006 they charged Annual fee for ABN AMRO card which I didn't pay and this card was on dispute later in the year 2012 I went for a final settlement with the bank and got a full and final settlement letter from RBS Bank erstwhile ABN AMRO Bank. I haven't checked my cibil score after that now I noticed that this was not updated in Cibil and my status is in dispute because of this card.Please let me know what needs to be done to remove this dispute from cibil.

To be honest, you can find out the option, that I have never ever used your card, so how come I will be a defaulter. If I was a defaulter, I should have received a call or SMS on that, but they have never turned to me. Please validate & share as your mistakes have let me suffer for the cause at this age. As I was traveling abroad, I paid the dues on the card ahead of getting the statement, so that, I can use the full limit on the card whilst being away from the country. However, to my surprise, on my return, the statement that I received was inclusive of the amount that was already paid. Sir, I am a retired teacher of 78 yrs. old. have taken loan from ABN AMRO BANK of Rs, 2, 74, 025/ in year 29.06.2002 for the Hyundai Santro Car No. DL3CV 8044. I have fully paid the loan amount Rs.2, 78, 225/-) in year 01.06.2005 by 31 cheques through State Bank of India, IIT Delhi of Rs, 8, 975/- to the ABN AMRO Bank but forgot to take the NOC of the loan paid. Mirza salim baig have outstanding Rs 2123/- I want to clear my due

I would like to draw your kind notice that once i was a credit card holder of abn amro bank. Recently some irregularities have come to my notice while applying for a Auto loan. In course of verifying my cibil report they have noticed that my name is showing there as a default and i feel that abn amro bank has intentionally made the mess way back around 2007-10.

To be honest, you can find out that i have never had any default...

My car loan is completed but i don't have noc.
Please solve my issue asap

I car is hypoticated to abn amro bank but i don't have noc of bank.
Please help me to obtain noc as my loan is already closed.

Way back in year 2000 I took ABN AMRO(PHOENIX ARC) Credit card. I closed it in year 2003. For Closing, I went to ABN AMRO Main Office in Hyderabad and closed the credit card by paying outstanding as per the procedure laid down by ABN AMRO. Ex: I cut the credit card to two half's and placed in an envelop and then put it back into box.

After a month I got the bill again. Some interest is pending to be paid. I was upset and ignored this amount, some where around 300 - 400. This amount grew to 7k over the period of time

In reality I closed it by paying all the money. Can some thing be done from your side to fix this issue. It is reflecting in the CIBIL.

Sorry to say, but I am not interested to pay a single Rupee to the bank as I paid it already, Appreciate if you can help me in this regard

My civil score has become below par for some alleged non payment of now closed abn amro bank

We have fully repaid the car loan but forgot to take NOC.
Even after following up multiple times on mail, we haven't gotten any reply

I have paid the payment in a kotak bank in phonix trust

I have made full payment 9302 / - of the credit card[protected] cibil contract id. R1cp231897 on 05.1.2021 at kotak mahindra bank branch sec- 63 noida
ref. Mail from mahesh kumar shakyawar ( asset reconstruction, kmbl ) from sec 125 noida branch
but bank not given closure letter and noc for the same please resolve
now the payment cheque has been cleared from the hdfc bank on 06.01.21
after so many msg....

I have taken car MH12 CD 5541 in year 2004 through ABN Amro loan. I was transferred and forgot to get NOC after loan was fully paid. My RC book still shows Hypothecated to ABN amro and now i am not getting NOC as bank is closed. I do not even have loan number. AbN amro was taken over by RBS and RBS by RBL but no one is able to provide NOC. I want to do re registration of the car as it is over 15 years. Pl help to get this issue resolved....

I have settled all dues in my ABN Ambro card no [protected] in 2008 bill no. 12897 dated 28.06.2008 through your collection agency. Now I see that Phoenix Arc (R2CP605015) has reported unpaid dues on cibil score for Rs. 6912/-. Hence, i request you to kindly rectify the same. Kindly send your chennai address for contact.

I can't recall any such card from ABN amro I have any in past.

I am getting threatening call and email from them. I don't hold any such card in past.

Please help me in this regards
