ABP News Channel — bank is not giving payment of fixed deposit

My wife has fixed deposits in punjab national bank (Branch bilaspur, distt. Yamunanagar, haryana-135102). She expired in 2001 and i find the fixed deposits after her death, when i went to bank for payment, bank denied payment that the bank has done the payment, however we have not received the payment. Bank said we had manual record and now the record is not available. Please give me contact number of abp representative in yamunanagr district haryana
