ABP News Channel — to take legal action against govt. college of engineering avasari for injustice against student progress

Siri am a regular student would passed my BE in first class but due to the HOD of civil dept . Govt college awasari pune, i am failed but because of my oral back he intenionally kept my oral back so sir i kindly request u to take action ..because i am loosing my 6 months or a year, i am not the 1st many student he did from last year .and sir he is spoiling the future students .
