Abp Wedding — Gross misconduct by Mr. Bappon Maity | |||||
Dear sir I had opted for abp weddings and created a profile for my daughter on 01/03/2021 for 6 months by paying Rs 5000. My receipt number is 12136. While creating the profile there was prompt action from abp weddings for collecting the money from us. The person who came at our residence was Mr Subrata Basu. At that time and several times thereafter we were told that for any queries we may contact Mr Bappon Maity. Today I wanted to unlock my daughters photos as others are not able to see it. I was unable to do it and on contacting abp weddings on the following number [protected], I was again told that only Mr Bappan Maity can help me. However when I called him many times he did not receive my call. After several attempts he did and spoke in an extremely rude manner. He shouted and said he is not liable to help me and disconnected the call. Such behaviour is unexpected from an organization like abp. I am extremely shocked that while taking the money Mr Bappan himself was very prompt in calling me on his own and right after the money transaction is over such rude behaviour is displayed.
