    I purchase the plan of ABP Wedding with manager assistance service in lieu of Rs 18000 approx from ABP Wedding for my daughter vide their number AW27982020. At that time of purchasing the plan, they promised that they will arrange everything meeting with the party concerned stop but long six months passed the manager detailed is Sushovan Saha of ABP Wedding Shrirampur store, failed to arrange a single meeting with the party concerned. This is very negligent behavior of ABP Wedding. The behavior of assistant manager was found very reluctant his only duty was to send 2- 3 id references.

      I am nabin shaw, on behalf of this profile of Priyanka choudhury.
      I have have purchased this service from one your senior sales managers name SAMIR DAS. At the time of purchase he promised me an extra benifit of one month extra subscription and extra ten contacts. But after purchasing I couldn't received by my extra benifit. After calling him he was told me that he will add it manually after end of my subscription.
      But now he once received my and told me that he will do the same. But he didn't. Now he won't received my call.

      I just want to know is this the process sell your fake services.

        Misleading professionals with misleading words and plans, being told that only matching profiles be send to my account according to my preferences unlike other wedding sites but random profiles being send without my preference.. Being a railway professional I have not much tym to search a large no of profiles so It was told that some selected profiles will be send to me according to my choice so that I can pick it easily and communicate.. But very unfortunate the words and action are totaly different in abp wedding..if I have to search 600 profiles the preference choice tab is meaningless.. Just for a show.. And why professionals misleading common people like this. A profile can be just a no for them but it's a life time sentiment for us peop being a matrimonial site u need to understand that first.. Totaly disappointing..

          Dear sir

          I had opted for abp weddings and created a profile for my daughter on 01/03/2021 for 6 months by paying Rs 5000. My receipt number is 12136. While creating the profile there was prompt action from abp weddings for collecting the money from us. The person who came at our residence was Mr Subrata Basu. At that time and several times thereafter we were told that for any queries we may contact Mr Bappon Maity. Today I wanted to unlock my daughters photos as others are not able to see it. I was unable to do it and on contacting abp weddings on the following number [protected], I was again told that only Mr Bappan Maity can help me. However when I called him many times he did not receive my call. After several attempts he did and spoke in an extremely rude manner. He shouted and said he is not liable to help me and disconnected the call. Such behaviour is unexpected from an organization like abp. I am extremely shocked that while taking the money Mr Bappan himself was very prompt in calling me on his own and right after the money transaction is over such rude behaviour is displayed. If action is not taken against him and my issue is not resolved I will be forced to take further serious actions against abp weddings. My email is pradip.sbi.[protected]@gmail.com.             Hi,
            I would like to let you know that the exclusive member service of abp wedding is just cheating their customers. We took the service from their agent Soumita Bhaumik, for 10, 000 /- for 90 days, who made us understand that their relationship managers will send exclusive profiles, take care and arrange calls with the prospect’s family and will provide all necessary support to find a good match. Every week they just send 3 or 4 profiles, sometimes without even bothering your search criteria. Our relationship manager Mr Prasenjit Thakur could not set even 1 call till date and we are almost at the end of the service. Extremely disappointed with the service he provided.

            I would request the higher authority of abp wedding service to please do take care of the customer commitment which you make at the cost of an exorbitant amount of money. As a paid member we can only search the profile, if someone is paying extra to get the exclusive service, you should understand that it is your responsibility to send exclusive profiles and give better service to find a good match. Most of the times they send free profiles which sometimes we found to be fraud. They don’t even verify the profiles before sending.

            The relationship managers do nothing I believe, except for sending 3 to 4 profiles per week. It is total waste to pay the extra just to get 3 to 4 profile which you can also search yourself. I would request the higher authority to take necessary action so that better service can be provided, and not just cheat your customers.

              I opted for a service for 10000rs where I would get personal help to find a groom for three months. Firstly I got the personal assistant after over 15days but the period of service had already started. Then after fighting I got the assistant who refused to call and inform, she said her only job was to send three profiles weather it matches my criteria or not it is not her job to look for Her name was Tanushree Dey. Then I contacted their escalation desk, sent an excel sheet stating that all the profiles I have been sent, none matches my criteria, the supervisor Ricky Chakraborty assured that he will personally look at my issue and handle my account. But they service remained same and he sent me accounts which did not match anywhere close. They could not connect me with even a single prospect. I spoke to another supervisor to get refund she said its not possible. Now they keep calling my parents and try to sell some service. I am fed up by their calls and irresponsible behavior. I would like to get my money back. My ABP -AW 14726699. If anyone wants I can share all the email conversation I had with ABP.
